Location
Ineffective air cooler in “loft” only directed air to ceiling - unable to have air directed towards bed. Issues wth TV operation - suggest some simple written instructions would have saved a lot of time and trouble

I had no hot water during my whole stay! when I complained the answer was when they restart the water system sometimes it doesn't work!! so, i asked for a partial refund that's when i was totally ignored!!! 4stars accommodation with no hot water first week of February!!!!!
