Great apartment with amazing atmosphere (walls decorated with old wood amazed me), all necessary appliances, wifi, comfy bed - all a traveler could wish)

General check-in time could be a bit earlier, but hosts tried to check me in as early as possible

Interior was good and atmospheric. Location fantastic.
Communication was a little impersonal and didn’t always seem like our messages were read clearly. Always a bit nervous with all the warnings about the deposit and did not have time or energy to carry out an inventory on arrival, which added to the concern.

The location is ideal and in a vibrant area with lots of restaurants and close to the sights. The apartment is interesting, unusual , quirky and historic which is all good. The lift is handy. The fact that you step out straight into the Latin Quarter atmosphere is superb.
The stairs to the upper floor are steep and narrow and probably could be replaced with something more attractive and also more accessible for those less nimble. Some of the equipment particularly radiators could do with replacement and general redecorating would be good.

I had no hot water during my whole stay! when I complained the answer was when they restart the water system sometimes it doesn't work!! so, i asked for a partial refund that's when i was totally ignored!!!
4stars accommodation with no hot water first week of February!!!!!
