Wonderful Stay! Will book again!

Communication with staff was excellent and the response time was immediate. The location of the apartment was ideal. The kitchen was modern and cute; had everything we needed. There were two bathrooms which was a bonus. We would most definitely stay again. Thank you!

If you have a hard time with stairs, the stairs to the bedroom could be challenging. There is a window shade that needs to be fixed, but the staff was aware and were in the process of getting it fixed.

Make sure that you will not stink if you stay there

I had no hot water during my whole stay! when I complained the answer was when they restart the water system sometimes it doesn't work!! so, i asked for a partial refund that's when i was totally ignored!!! 4stars accommodation with no hot water first week of February!!!!!

No hot water and stranded on the street with a child - Terrible experience

This was the most stressful stay I’ve ever had. The management shows a complete lack of professionalism and is surprisingly rude when problems arise. To start, check-in is at 4:00 PM at the earliest, with no luggage storage and no one on-site to assist. While these are self-declared limitations of the property, the reality was much worse. On our arrival, they left our family stranded on the street with a small child in 0°C temperatures. Although it was already 4:00 PM (check-in time), they were ignoring our messages and calls, leaving us with no access. Finally, we were forced to complete a second security deposit just to be allowed in, because they couldn't find (or accept) the first one. The most serious issue though was the complete lack of hot water during freezing temperatures for almost 48 hours! I had to follow up again and again to make sure it was taken care of, and finally, instead of taking responsibility, the host attempted to blame us, claiming we caused the issue by touching a radiator—for which no instructions were ever provided. Clearly, hospitality is not for everyone. If you enjoy being ignored at check-in or during problems, being blamed for technical failures, and showering with freezing water, this is the place for you. For the rest of you, I strongly suggest avoiding this property.

Great location, space, amenities with only concern being street noise

Location is very convenient both for those that want to walk everywhere or take the Metro. The apartment also had all the equipment needed to prepare simple meals and do laundry. The bed was also very comfortable.

Street noise is an issue, more so on weekend nights so earplugs are recommended. There is only a curtain separating the bedroom from the living space. Communication prior to checking in was a bit of a challenge but responsive after check-in.

Perfect location, apartment is fine and spacious but could look a lot smarter.

Perfect location and plenty of space, good double bed.

The double bed has no proper headboard which is a pity so you can’t lean back. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly, mirror needs replacing. Just 2 toilet rolls! The lighting could be a lot better too, too bright if you just want to read and not disturb the other side of the curtain.

Quirky interesting apartment in a fantastic locatiin,

Fantastic location and really quirky apartment. It had everything you’d need… and we loved that there was a bathroom on each floor as we had the room on floor 4 so the bedroom was up a steep set of steps.

We lived this property but you wouldn’t want to stay in the top room if you had any mobility issues. Quite noisy at nights but I guess that’s the price you pay for the location… lots of emergency vehicle sirens in the distance.

Excellent position. Close to many museums, parks ,churches, restaurants and shopping. Easy walking to train, bus and boat.

The property had character and all essential facilities. The shower could have flowed a bit better and more coat hangers would be great.

Nice apartment with excellent location

The location is so good, close to the public transport and all the restaurants area. Is equipped with a large fridge so very handy if you want to buy groceries and drinks, even has a freezer!

We had to leave our luggage in another hotel because we arrived very early and there is no reception to leave them before the check in.

A good option to enjoy Saint-Germain in Paris for few days

The apartment's location is exceptional. You have everything around: sightseeing, restaurants, metro stations, taxi station just around the corner (we realized and rated it properly when we had to go airport and there was rainy outside). The apartment was clean, the bed is comfortable. A bit noisy outside when you have the window(s) opened, but pretty silent if you have them closed.

Owner was not responsive. To receive a fan and a blow dryer it took 2 days. Given our short stay and the crazy hot weather in Paris, it was unacceptable.

Great location

Great location - couldn’t be beat. Perfect restaurants in the area, close to a grocery store and easily accessible by transit. Honestly was so perfect in terms of location. Size of apartments is generous. Really appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the apartments.

We rented apartment 1 and 4. Apartment 4 is on the top floor and has an attic where the main bedroom is. The air conditioner was inadequate for the space in apartment. Apartment 1 did not have this problem.

Pretty central, easy to get to.

I liked how easy it was to navigate around and be quite central to Paris.

It took a long time for the hot water to run through, so it was a lot of wasted water and I ended up just washing my hair rather than a proper shower.

The location was amazing!! Very close to local cafes etc. Nice wood decor and good amenities. This property has so much potential and could have been a great stay…EXCEPT for the fact that the customer service was horrible (VERY slow and even non-responsive to our needs).

I knew when I booked the property that it did not have air conditioning (A/C), however, I was expecting mild to moderate temperatures. On several days that we were there, the temperature got up to 94°F/34C!!! There wasn’t a fan in the property so I asked for one to be sent. We did receive 1 fan the next day, however I had asked them for 2 fans due to the extremely high temperatures and because we had people sleeping in separate areas of the apartment and the fan didn’t cover both areas. I texted, called, messaged on the Booking app and even sent several messages via WhatsApp (per the property requests) and I didn’t hear anything back until the morning we were checking out. The property then said that there wasn’t a fan available so they didn’t send one. I looked through other booking reviews and one customer said that the property had furnished them with a portable AC. When I asked about this, the property said that this was no longer available. I don’t know where you live but when it’s 94F/34C outside this is extremely hot and asking for a simple fan seemed like a simple/reasonable request. Even at 9pm at night it was still 92F/33C and my wife and I were dripping with sweat in bed due to no fan! I took screenshots and saved all of the communication requests I sent to the property over several days for this fan and there lack of response. For the price of this apartment $300+/night, this property should invest in a second $30 fan for their customers comfort during extreme heat waves. Because of the great location, you might have a good experience staying here in the winter if you don’t have any requests for the property. However, I definitely would NOT recommend anyone staying here in the late spring, summertime or early Fall due to possibility for extremely hot weather without an A/C. ps. The booking app pictures show an upstairs bedroom, but this is inaccurate. It is only 1 floor and 1 bedroom.

The Grégoire Apartment Level 4 is located in a good area, close to supermarkets, cafes, shops and galleries, metro and bus routes, walkable to Notre Dame and the Louvre (10-15 minutes) and has sufficient space for 3 people, as photographed. The bedroom upstairs is comfortable, but the person on the window side has to be careful to not hit their head when getting into/out of bed. Having a bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs is good. Both upstairs and downstairs have wardrobes and sufficient room to spread out your luggage. The lounge/sofa bed was OK, but only for 1 person. The kitchen area was suitable, with a stovetop, a number of pots/pans and utensils, cutlery, fridge/freezer and a microwave but no oven. There is also a washer/dryer. The building has a small lift to get to level 4 as well as stairs and codes are used to enter the building and the apartment.

It was disappointing that our visit was marred by a refusal by the letting company to address the issue of the TV not working. This apartment is treated like an Airbnb, with an inspection during our stay, a large security deposit held by a third party and entry /exit photos.

Excellent location. Close to metro, restaurants and super market. Walking distance (approx 15 min) to the Louvre, Notre dame and Jardin de Luxembourg. Cozy, good space, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dish washer.

Unfortunately the AC didn't work on the top floor so it was very warm. Also the WiFi stopped working after the first day. Contacted the owners twice without getting any feedback. Things to improve: add hooks to hang clothes, towels etc in rooms and bathrooms. Add small lamps by the beds and sofa bed for reading.

The location can't be beat. It is walking distance to everything in St Germain, close to so much public transportation. The beds, including the pullout, were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was fairly spacious and we had plenty of clean towels, decently stocked kitchen. It was 85 degrees or higher many days and the apartment stayed comfortable even with no AC.

The bedroom is only divided from the living room with a curtain, so if privacy is key to you, this might not be the best place. The street is loud all night - this didn't bother us - but if you need a quiet street this isn't the spot for you. If you love the noise and being near everything this was perfect. It just has a washer - no dryer. It has a large hanging rack to dry your clothes.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. The location was unbelievable. The manager extremely helpful when we had requests.

There was a single roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay. There were no hangers at all. The manager was very good and brought toilet paper and 4 hangers and then 4 more later. There was no internet.

We LOVED it and intend to return!

A hard-to-beat location if you want to be in the heart of the Latin Quarter. A beautiful flat - no frills but pretty much everything we needed plus a real sense of being part of the city. The shower was huge and capacious, the beds both very comfortable and the atmosphere created in such an old building fantastic.

We had seen 'oven' on the list of what the flat had, and bought a pizza before arriving but it turned out there wasn't one. No big deal, we fried it (!) but it would be worth adjusting for future visitors. It's also not the quietest - totally to be expected given the location - but it may help future visitors to mention this?
