The location was amazing!
The air conditioner did not cool the room and as a result, it was sweltering and difficult to sleep. We couldn’t open windows because we were on the first floor.

I had no hot water during my whole stay! when I complained the answer was when they restart the water system sometimes it doesn't work!! so, i asked for a partial refund that's when i was totally ignored!!! 4stars accommodation with no hot water first week of February!!!!!
