The only small downside is no elevators available for the second floor apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and easy to locate. The location was perfect for us - great to have a bakery across the road and a supermarket nearby. We also like the feel of the area.
Needs more lighting in the living room. We found it a bit dark and there was really only one viable lamp to read by, which made it hard if we all wanted to read.

The property felt very safe and accessible whilst being in a safe neighbourhood
Only one issue was that there was only one toilet that wasn’t located in either of the bathrooms so was a bit of a struggle with 6 people in the house.

Location to our competition was perfect. And nice and close to the metro.
1st night we had no heat, but it was fixed the next day.
The last night another apartment above us had a big party that lasted all night. Very loud.

Very convenient location, nearby bakery, restaurant, market and grocery shops. Feel safe to stay inside. Easy place to throw rubbish. Fast reply and friendly.
No lift and very hard for us to move our big luggage to upstairs. The staircase is not so friendly to step on in spiral shape especially move big luggage walk to upstairs is a bit dangerous. The light not bright enough for whole house and take time to find out how to switch on it. If got house book including photo to guide us I think will be better and reduce hesitate.

The apartment is a great size, rooms were great, lovely touch with slippers, towels, soaps and toiletry packs.
Clear instructions with which gate to, a little assistance will be great, once that's known, codes to get in worked for me, but saw 2 people trying to get and I had to help them, it was only easy for me as it was me and my husband working it out, there was a was mouse in the apartment, I chatted and asked for a assistance but just got chat back. not being told about stairs with no lift, and a oven would have been great. there's two Bathrooms, but only one toilet. had a hover but no brush and mop. Not gonna their responses to request is not good and they they need to work on that bit more also clearer instructions on holding when it goes out and comes back clearly stated so people are a aware , one couple could not get into apartment because they did not have a credit card and thought they had paid for everything already, even I did not see it clearly marked lucky I had a bit on the account to cover it

Check-in instructions were only available through a different webpage and I kept getting user error which caused issues for us during check-in, which was late at night.

In one of the rooms no window at all despite the heat.
Our little infant develop severe heat rash.
The apartment policy was so stringent that while switching from one to the other in the same building, they couldn't allow us keep our luggages around, but asked us to travel over 40 minutes to their luggage office at 11am and back to the same apartment at 4pm to check in again. Imagine the inconvenience and cost.

The property was so close to the station which was only a 25 min train ride to Gate do Nord. The property itself was very pretty and the rooms were spacious. Our apartment had a garden which was quite nice in the evening to chill in. They gave everything we needed

The entry court had great flowers. Cleanliness was good. Easy access to get to where we wanted to go.
My bedroom had a large window to the street but the sign said NOT to open it while the air-conditioning in the room put out more hot air than cool air as the hose that was to let the heat out was just sitting on the floor. We moved it to where we could put it out a window. Another rooms window was on the ceiling and boarded up. The large window in the family room looked out onto a courtyard that didn't see sky. The washing machine was in another apartment. Curtains weren't hooked to the rod on one side. Toilet set wasn't connected to the toilet. Lots of stairs to get to it. One toilet for 5 people, One shower for 5 people. I was charged for the deposit with no way that I could see to get it back. We left it clean.

TV did not work. The plug by the sofa bed does not work. FYI the middle drawer of chess of drawers as a sharp edge. Got scratched once. The middle door coming in has a code but we always found it open.

Most of the lights didn’t work at all and some we couldn’t turn off , the doors don’t close properly and you cant lock them in the whole house , the outside main gate was broken and we called several times but the customer service is really bad so we didn’t feel safe at all with all the house made of glass and the gate doesn’t close .
The wifi wasn’t working and when i called again and again it wasn’t fixable .
Over all i don’t recommend it to anyone

Location of the property was nice, Super market nearby, Tram station and Metro 700 Meter from property.
Apartment contains 3 Bed room and 2 Wash room, Kitchen was also good including Hall consist of Smart TV and very big open Area in duplex.
Continue from what didnt i like
Worst part i have asked them i have faced so much issue and need one hour more to check out on 17th as Hot water still not there after 24 hours after complaint. They have send their cleaning staff at 11 AM (Check out time) and called me we can give you 20 to 30 minutes maximum. We were 6 People staying in apartment and how to take shower in cold water that was not acceptable. They were not ready to listen and after reaching back to Poland i have asked for compensation of 50% that is 400 euro with lot of issues but they came back 170 Euro as compensation. It was mental and physical trauma with family where we were out of apartment for 2,5 hours because key was not working, Also when we checked in floor was wet and few things were already damaged (Shared pics with customer care) How can someone use ice cold water when it was very cold but finally i got only 170 euro as compensation from Sweet in. Look at my bookings and i have never complained or given bad feedback. I have been to 11 countries and always book apartment with family from booking.com. I thought looking at my previous bookings and records booking.com would have compensated me as sweet in was ready only for 170 Euro
I would suggest not to book this apartment if you are going with your family, When you book apartment from booking.com before your check-in (few days before) you will be asked to login to Sweet in app and you have pay 400Euro as additional deposit. I have booked this Apartment for 2 days with my family and paid 799 Euro plus 400 Euro deposit. Once your check in time you will be given digital app on your phone to lock and unlock apartment. After check-in i went out with my family around 6 PM to roam around and came back 10:15 PM but my Smart key was not working. I called there customer service and chatted on support they acknowledge issue and told it is some technical error and we will be sending physical key with someone. Sweet in representative called me around 10:45 and told he will be coming in 1 hour 30 minutes, After 6 to 8 more calls he told me there is lot traffic (Not possible as it was 11:30PM) he came by taxi and reached apartment by 12:15 and opened door. I booked this apartment from 15 to 17 May Check out and it was very cold outside after 11 PM and customer care told me to go to some restaurant and have food, No restaurant was open and i was outside with my 1 year old daughter and family. Someone he gave me physical key and told me to use this as smart lock having technical issue. My baby food was inside apartment and our dinner was also inside. We had our dinner at 1 AM in the morning and very exhausted as we were standing outside for more than 2 hours for keys in cold weather. I am not going to blame person who came as he apologies for technical issue. Next day morning (16 May) hot water not coming from kitchen, any bathroom, sink etc and i complained to sweet in customer care and i was informed they will fix it. We waited for 2 hours but no one came and no response from customer care which resulted to take shower with ice cold water and my family got sick. i have screen shot of all messages and sweet in acknowledge their mistake. location, size of property. all the accessories provided were fine. the room was well equiped. it was easy to access and find it, instructions were clear.
For 3 colleagues we missed blanket - we had to share it for 2 persons. uncomfortable and unpleasant. ok for one double bed but not fot the blanket. also - ordered for 3 persond but had supplies for 2 persons - coffee, shampoos, water, etc. As well it was ordered for 3 nights but coffee was only for 2 mornings.

After booking, I received an email saying a 800€ deposit to cover any possible damage to the furniture was needed.
Then we got to the apartment. The floors were filled with dead leaves on the entrance. The couch was very dirty and looked very old, so I'm wondering at this point what is worth 800€!
The beds were not very comfortable, the pillows were terrible. There was only one toilet for a house for 6 people and it was not clean!
The internet connection was extremely slow, the TV wasn't working as well as the main room lights.
One of the showers had drainage problems! The water would go up while showering!
And the worst of all, the couch bed was discussing! The mattress was filthy as well as the cover up for it! I booked a different hotel for my second time in Paris because I could not sleep in that again (I had slept on the couch while my friends had the beds).
I will be asking booking for at least a partial refund.
