Be aware of the deposit, they tried to keep it unfairly.

Apartment was fine but not worth all of the stress. Communication was very efficient until they decided to ignore it.

The apartment messaged to say we had to pay 200€ deposit through a link. On the policy it says in cash. They insisted it was through the link and if I didn't pay it I would loose the booking and the €600 I'd already paid as it was non refundable. On our first day, we noticed an issue with part of the shower and reported the problem immediately. They suggested solutions for how to fix it. We didn't bother as we were there to enjoy our holiday and could still use the other shower head. 1 week after the end of our stay, the deposit was not refunded so I messaged them. They did not respond to my three separate messages over the course of 4 days until they then replied to say that because we had broken the shower they would not refund us. I explained the situation, reminding them of all the details. This message got no response. I then messaged again 7 days later rerequesting the refund, explaining that I had screenshots of all the communications. At this point they agreed and refunded me. Even if they had decided that we broke the shower before ever touching it., 200€ is far too much for the issue.

The only issue during my stay was the lack of control over the room temperature. There was no functioning air conditioning, and I wasn't able to adjust the heating either

Nice apartment, somehow small for its price, close to the Paris convention center

It was in a safe quiet area which led you rest. It’s walking distance from Paris convention center (good for our purpose, but is far away from the center of the city), it’s walking distance from the metro, Tram and buses. It’s well equipped in a small kitchen

The place is very small, we can’t even open our luggage at the same time. The bathroom it’s small and the shower is uncomfortable. We have to buy toilet paper because they don’t even left a new one when we arrived. The sheets have a bad smell

Just ok, would not come back.

The room is very very small. Besides that, out of the two pillows one did not smell good at all, like it wasn't washed after being used by a previous guests. The same thing applies to a towel that stinker of tobacco. Also the curtain is not well attached, it takes two seconds to fix, this is supposed to be a new establishment but it definitely doest feel like it.

Stílusos, tiszta, gyönyörűen és praktikusan berendezett szállás. A kulcsátvételt és a bejutást videóval bemutatták, ami nagyon egyszerű volt így. Jó környéken is van, a metró közel, illetve 2-3 bolt is nagyon közel volt. Kedvesen válaszoltak is mindenre! Elégedettek voltunk.

Kicsi, de praktikus maga a lakás, így egy kissé szűk a belépő folyosó is a lakásba, nehéz volt a bőrönddel való bejutás, kabát és cipőlevétel, de igazából annyira minőségi a szállás, hogy ezért cserébe ez csak kis kellemetlenség volt.

Confortable et bel emplacement

Emplacement très proche Parc des expo Versailles. Appartement très confortable, bien équipé Literie confortable, propre.

Petit bémol : impossible de brancher la télévision, malgré la réactivité à ma demande d'aide ! Quelques dosettes de café supplémentaires auraient été appréciées. Attention : quelques marches d'escaliers, impossible PMR ! Et difficiles avec gros bagages.

L’appartement comporte des équipements défectueux style parte manteaux arraché mais pas plateaux table de chevet manquant rideaux décrochés ménage pas très bien fait.

La communication, pas ou mauvaise conciergerie, le manque de retour, le dysfonctionnement du service tv bâclé et non résolu au bout de 5 jours, le manque d attention et l ecoute du client sur 5 jours!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement joliment décoré, l’espace est propre et très cosy, l’emplacement est génial, vous avez tout à proximité, le Metro est à quelques minutes à pied.

В квартире абсолютно не работало отопление и я всю ночь мерзла, как в морозильнике. Залоговую сумму 200 евро хлзяин потребовал не наличными, как указано в рекламе, а перевести на карту. Поскольку нужной суммы не было, мне пришлось искать открытый вестерн юнион используя такси, что забрало у меня дополнительные деньги, время, и в итоге мне пришлось одолжить деньги у друзей, потому что все Вестерны закрылись. Но самое худшее, что в рекламе прописано о том что залог будет возмещен на следующий день, на деле же владелец отправил лишь квитанцию в которой указано что деньги вернуться на мой счёт в течении 10 рабочих дней. И деньги так и не вернулись. Это ужас и худшее бронирование в моей жизни. Не советую это жилье :(
