When we got there we early they didn't accommodate package, the rooms were extremely tiny. It said 2 rooms, good for 3 people. We literally couldn't even walk around or opens our bags in the room. It was that tiny.. and the staff was rude

Very Small Room, Not Worth the Price

ONLY location

I booked what I thought was an apartment, but it turned out to be more like a tiny hotel room — the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. The double bed is squeezed between three walls, with only about 10 cm of space on each side. There’s a transparent plastic divider separating the bed from a chair that turns into a bed, and there’s literally no space to put your shoes when you take them off. The room is only good for sleeping, nothing else. The bathroom door opens into the room, and you can’t open it at the same time as the main door. Everything is extremely small. The “kitchen” is just a tiny corner with a mini fridge, a small electric stove, and a few basic items if you want to heat something up. The bathroom is also very small, with everything in miniature size. During my stay, I felt very uncomfortable because there was no proper ventilation. The air conditioning only cooled the small area near the entrance, but when you go to bed, it’s still hot. I reported this to the staff, but the only solution was that they brought me a fan after two days. I stayed for 5 nights, 6 days — nobody came to clean the room at all during my stay. Sleeping was also difficult because the curtains do not block the light at all, so you wake up as soon as the sun rises. The only positive point is that the place is quiet and close to a metro station. But overall, I would not stay here again.

Clean, nice, comfortable, glitzy, but THERE'S NO ROOM FOR YOUR CLOTHES!!

I liked that there was a mini-fridge. I used it. I liked the coffee machine. I used it. Having plates, kitchen utensils was nice. I used the microwave; good! I liked the idea that there was a stove-top (which I did not use) and that I could have cooked, if I wanted to. Free wifi was nice!

There is no place to unpack. Nowhere to hang your clothes. Nowhere to put a suitcase or even a handbag. The throw--pillows on the bed have to be thrown on the floor, wedged in a corner, to get them out of the way. That is to say, the bed fills almost the entire room, and there is no closet. This was the #1 most annoying thing. Other than the size issue, its glitzy and ritzy and quite nice. But ... no room for stuff!

I am happy to have had a comfortable place to stay.

Very clean, compact but complete, tidy, comfortable. Nice style, I really like the colours of the building and interior.

2 nights I slept well. The other 2 nights were a bit noisy. The (main) doors slam really hard when people use it, and a lot of people were going in and out. If it's possible to make the main doors close softer it would be perfection!

It was somewhere to sleep.

The room (advertised for 4 people) was tiny. One of the party left and got other accommodation. Despite a nice entrance from the street, the place was utterly characterless inside and so pokey.

Mess

The room was extremely small. We stayed 5 days and no cleaning was done on any day. I spilled milk by mistake and even though I told them to clean up, they still didn't come. The hotel in my opinion should be delisted after the website.

The hotel had all the facilities needed, yet is was super small and impossible to move in the room.

They room had all the necessary facilities, and was pretty close to the metro. I have to disagree with all the comments saying 19th arr. is unsafe. It was very quiet, clean and safe neighborhood.

Super small rooms, the hosts refused speaking English and when I received their texts and asked to provide the information in English so we can avoid miscommunication, they told me to use an online translator. The room photo I saw when booking didn't match the room we were provided. Also, the walls were quite thin and every conversation or movement in the nearest rooms or corridors was heard in the room.

Small affordable room in the non-touristy area of Paris, with excellent cheap food and metro nearby.

Location was great, in the “Parisian’s Paris”, so very cheap and delicious food, better representation of the local culture, not touristy. Easy access to the metro stations to all of the points of interest. The room was clean, all utilities worked well, and it served its purpose as a place to sleep.

We knew it going in, but the place was SMALL for 3 adults. With beds pulled out and luggage brought in, there was barely room to walk around. This wasn’t an huge issue since we were only in the room to sleep, not relax. Also, a small thing, but since it’s not a touristy area, fewer people spoke English, which made getting breakfast a little trickier.

The staff was pretty helpful and it did have all the facilities it said it would in the property information.

This was the smallest room i have ever used in my entire life. If you are travelling with big luggage this is not the choice for you. There was barely room for two people to stand in the room. Definitely no space to open luggage.

Nothing was as per expectation

There was so many issues ,including ,wash basin and all,the one was disaster ,bathroom door got locked from inside and after multiple attempts not able to open and the person inside the bathroom got scared . At last lock was broken after 30 min of struggle,need support from booking.com on it how we will be going to get compensation on it as we harass mentally very badly

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Location ok but an hour away from the main hub of Paris.

The room was far too small for two people. The pictures of the rooms online showed a small desk and a bed that looked a good size no crammed into the corner. The hob could not be operated and there were no instructions, so we could not cook food. There was no place to put our clothes either. I wished I had asked to move room!

The location of the apartment was good, there was a microwave and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment is pretty much small, they state it is suitable for 3 people, however it was small for two, I don't imagine how 3 would be. If you are just traveling and need a place to sleep it's okay, but nothing more. The shower was leaking and the microwave sometimes was sparkling, so I had a fear that it may break.

Big disappointment

The location near the metro 7b and 5

The service is very poor. Nobody to communicate properly. I sent a SMS but didn't get the answer at the end. I stayed a week and at any time someone came to clean the room. They refused to change the bed sheets and towels. Furthermore, they told me that I've to buy sweeper and everything by myself if I want to clean the room. It's unimaginable when you're tourist. By the way I found some hair under the bed sheets. The cleaning isnt properly done. There's a iron table but not iron. Any place to hang clothes properly even in the bathroom, the towel hanger is too small. What they called a "table" is a tiny piece of wood (30*60 cm). This place is for a single visitor not a couple. I'm very disappointed

Location and beds were fairly comfortable. Also good hair drier and iron.

No extra towel was given when asked for. No socket in room, couldn't charge phone and use it in bed at the same time. Incredibly no wardrobe or hangers of any type.

Séjour 3 nuits - espace optimisé - propre mais bruyant

Propreté. Agencement. Ameublement, électroménager de qualité Lit confortable. Mais espace très petit. Proximité commerces et restaurants. Personnel agréable

Lit contre le mur. L'un des 2 occupants est "coincé " par l'autre pour quitter le lit. Oreillers mous. Et cloison trop fine. N'espérez pas dormir, si les occupants voisins sont noctambules et bruyants. Si les nuisances interviennent de nuit (après 23h30), il vous sera conseillé d'appeler les Forces de l'Ordre. Ainsi vous aurez la certitude d'être entendu, mais aussi de perdre encore du temps de sommeil. Aucun geste commercial à espérer sur vos nuits gâchées. Dommage l'emplacement est plutôt agréable. Quelques capsules de café , offertes à l'arrivée seraient bienvenues. Utile à savoir : L'accès aux logements se fait par des escaliers.

La propreté du lieu et l'emplacement dans Paris à la fois tranquille et proche du centre.

Des lampes de chevets dans la chambre et auprès du canapé lit permettraient un peu plus de confort. Le canapé lit était un peu usé et difficile à refermer. Nous avons été réveillés par des travaux très sonores dans la maison d'à côté les jeudi et vendredi matin. l'appartement est peu insonorisé.

Uma estadia de boa qualidade

A localização é boa, tem um metro na esquina e um Carrefour a poucos metros, o apartamento estava todo equipado, banheiro e cozinha muito bonitinhos, tudo bem compacto, mas viajamos para passear e usando para dormir achei exatamente o necessário!

Quando chegamos estava tudo muito arrumado e cheirava muito bem, entretanto precisei passar uma vassoura no chão que estava sujo, o que acho que poderia ter tido um bocadinho mais de atenção, mas nada que tenha estragado a viajem a Paris

Logement pour une personne seule, pour une courte période

L’emplacement proche du centre et des moyens de transport, la wifi,, l’équipement du logement

Photos trompeuses, le logement est minuscule, on tient à peine à 2 debout (imaginez un couloir dont le lit occupe le bout). Pas de place pour poser vos valises (pas même une), pas de penderie. Pas de lampe de chevet, pas de table pour manger (tablette parallèle au lit avec 2 tabourets que l’on ne peut pas sortir de dessous la tablette à cause du lit…c’est de la déco). Aucune insonorisation avec le vouloir, et l’extérieur (heureusement que le quartier est calme, mais pas les locataires)

L'emplacement, très calme, le confort de l'appartement. Accès à une supérette très proche, deux bars restaurant pour un petit en-cas.

L'insonorisation de l'appartement est sûrement à améliorer. On peut distinguer les paroles de nos voisins.
