So bad

The photos in the website are absolutely different from what we see. The building and corridors are so old with very bad smell. The bathroom is not clean and the door of the bathroom was so strange. We couldn’t close it at all because it was too small. Half of the door was always open.

Everything was against of the photos and we never used the washroom because it wasn’t clean and we preferred to go to the shopping mall.

Comfortable, convenient and safe! :)

Trendy apartment with lots of plugs and mirrors for getting ready! Secure building and very warm and cosy. Great location, not too busy or touristy.

The rugs and soft furnishings could be doing with an upgrade but nothing to stop you enjoying the lovely apartment!

Pretty good apartment for 2 persons , not so good for 4 persons.

The area is ok, in the sense that there are a lor of restaurants near by , also Cite de la Science and Cite de la Musique .

It is very far away for the main Paris attractions (20 Metro Stations away, in 2-3 metros to get to Eifell Tour for examples) . For 2 persons the appartment is ok, the main bed was clean and confortable , but the sofa really needs to be changed / cleaned . Also, there is no privacy at all , not even in the bathroom . The bathroom door is not a real door (more like a courtain), it does not close ; it's on wheels .. very strange idea of an bathroom door.

Perfect staying in Paris! We would repeat it again!

The apartment is exactly as on photo! It is very cosy and nice furnished. The location is top, since you have a metro really close. Also a close distance of grocery and restaurant. The best part if you are coming with aerobus to Le Vilette it is a pleasant walk distance.

The apartment for a family is a little small, specially a bathroom. No elevator in building, if you have heavy suitcase. Ventilation had a little bit annoying sound.

Recommend but small upgrades needed

We travelled with our teenage son and for a family of 3 the apartment was perfectly fine. Just a few things to note if you are considering booking. We travelled from Beauvais Airport, you can book the Aerobus to Villette and it is a 15 min pleasant, brisk walk, day time only or an uber is minutes away. Book online only. The Ourcq metro is minutes away and if you navigate the metro then everywhere is accessible. The apartment at first glance, a night time arrival looks clean but could benefit from a deep clean under fridge, cupboards, sofa, bed There were no pillow case protectors which is grim in a multi occupancy situation The duvets and pillows certainly need replacing. Inventory of mugs and glasses needed too! There were plenty of towels. There is an ironing board which is a tiny board to be placed on a surface and a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The oven is a microwave/oven combi. When you access the main door the door to the apartment is on the right, then 2 flights of stairs to second floor with access panel on the door (straight in front of you). There is a supermarket nearby (turn right on exiting building), walk to the top of the street, turn left. Excellent location for a concert at the Zenith, 12 min walk.

overall nice but too pricey for the cons

small but well cut, well organized, nice mattress, overall a very good apartment for a couple or a solo stay.

there were hair from the previous guest on the floor. at night even with the shutters down there are too many lights (heating, tv sensor, Wi-Fi and shower sensors). the stairs of the building are quite tiny and the building was ongoing renovation so they were covered in plastic and slippery. also the access system is not exactly intuitive and communication on the phone with the host sounded rushy and, although the mail was complete with all the informations, i had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to enter the apartment. also the position wasn’t that great for the price.

The location was perfect, and the area more pleasant than expected. There was a nice Brasserie on the corner that we visited a few times.

nice place for short stay

nice apartment, there is everything you need. there are shops, metro, restaurants near. nice nighborhood for families with kids (but a lot of stairs if you got a stroller).

there should be general cleaning, because when you look somwhere there is a lot of dust. The place is really small so there is too many furniture - the small chairs, big chairs etc - so the moving around is difficult.

Small, but cosy apartment

Small, but well equipped. Metro just around the corner. Supermarket and a lot of restaurants nearby.

It was not easy to find at first. No AC, so it wasn't very comfortable to sleep because ir was really hot.

Neat, clean and well decorated

The apartment was neat, well decorated and very clean. Everything worked well.

The trip happened during a heat wave and there were no fans available in the appartment, or made available despite me asking for it. I was travelling with an elderly person whose life was endangered because of the heatwave. I wanted to cancel to rent a place with AC instead, but cancellation was refused. It would have been appreciated a least a fan to make our stay bearable.

Great location to see more of Paris!

It was lovely to see a different part of Paris and the Metro was only a couple of mins away. Also loved the choice of restaurants on the main street!

Sofa bed was bit uncomfy and couldn't work out how to use the safety deposit box.

Great apartment. Who went in Paris before, realise that owner got everithing from this room. Even it's small, it s really wellncompacted and you have everithing. Close to subway, plenty of restaurants around. Good choice!

a well designed small apartment with kitchen facilities which very convenient for family. there is no parking along on the street for people with the car. two options to have your parking safety to reserve in advance with Q-Park for affordable price nearby, such as Q-Park Cité de la Musique - Conservatoire and Q-Park Cité de la Musique - La Villette. location is far from city center but on walk distance (350m) to Ourcq metro

Fantastic Find near the Symphony!

The apartment was nicely decorated and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable, and the rainfall shower was luxurious. The layout is well thought-out, and there is so much light, which I really loved. There were so many fantastic bars and restaurants in such close proximity, and the Symphony is just around the corner. I also loved walking in the park across the street by the university. check-in and check out were super simple and required no contact.

The only minor complaint I could come up with is that the shower (hot water) took me a minute to figure out. There is plenty of hot water and it warms quickly, but in order to get it, I had to flip a circuit breaker and adjust a setting in the closet. All of this is fine, but there were no instructions. Those would been helpful.

Superb

Very comfortable, compact modern appartement. Comfortable bed plus sofabed. Instant coffee and tea available upon arrival. Bedlinnen and towels, toilet paper as well. Modern bathroom with good shower, compact but big enough for us. Very nice neighbourhood and the Parc Buttes-Chaumont, just 5 minutes walk was an unexpected surprise. Lots of nice cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Metro just around the corner, takes you to the center in 15-20 minutes

Nothing really, maybe just to mention that the double bed and the sofabed is separated by a glass door, in case you would want more privacy.

Excellent value

Very clean, tidy, well equipped and designed limited space, late arrival is not a problem. The plates, etc. were very nicely laid down, there were a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, frying pan, 2 TV sets, etc.

Összességében rendben volt minden, a szállás ugyan kicsi, de kényelmes és nagyon jól felszerelt.

A környék teljesen rendben volt, közel a metróhoz. Éttermek, boltok, pékségek is pár perc sétára. Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt, tökéletes pár napos tartózkodásra.

Ugyan megkaptuk a kódokat (lépcsőház és lakás), de arról nem kaptunk tájékoztatást, hogy valójában mit kell keresnünk a lakásba való bejutáshoz. Korábban nem volt tapasztalatunk az ilyen ajtó (kilincs) kódos megoldással és csak a véletlennek köszönhető, hogy végül felfedeztük, hogy hol találjuk.

Peu adapté pour plus de 2 personnes

L'aménagement moderne est agréable, l'emplacement est excentré mais proche d'une station de métro pratique. L'accès à l'immeuble est bien sécurisé. Il y a des stores opaques pour dormir et les vitrages sont de bonne qualité pour l'acoustique.

Appartement petit pour 4 personnes, le canapé lit prend tout le salon et ne peut pas être préparé en amont, du coup il faut le faire soi-même et voir les dessous de lit douteux. L'accès aux sanitaires se fait par la chambre et la porte vitrée coulissante laisse un jour de 2 cm. Contact avec le propriétaire uniquement via un site pas réactif, mieux vaut ne pas avoir de problème. Du coup rapport qualité prix moyen.
