Really nasty and not safe

The pictures of the room is not real. The room was very dirty and the smell was really nasty. They have rats in the walls and you can hear them when they are eating the walls. The sofa was really nasty. The sofa had white stuff on it, we think it was spermies. We couldn't stay there ! The location of the apartment is not safe for tourists. And they will not pay back the money even though we didn't stay there. The smell of the building was really also really bad.

What’s I saw on pictures advert are different with and can you imagine, the apartment has a broken 14” tv and not smart with no antenna and doesn’t even work. - No Mugs for breakfast - only soap and no any clothes to clean dishes - only 2 towers for 4 days and were so dirty - crap wardrobe etc…. - no smoke alarm device on the ceiling

Very poor, tiny studio, not as on pictures, baddly organised.

Nothing comes to my mind when I ask myself what did we like. The only good thing was that we had a roof where we could spend the night in Paris, and it was clean.

Ok where to start? Before booking there was clear sign of WiFi included, but then it appeared that there is no WiFi. Then 5 days before traveling was asked for 300eur deposit. They held my money that I actually needed for spending in Paris. The deposit they took was on a 3rd party website, not sure why Booking allows this, but I had no other choice as they ask this when you have to travel already. At first I though it is a scam. The photos of the apartment are very stretched so that you think this is a big studio where in real it is tiny one, badly organized. When we setup the sofa for sleeping the bed closed the passage between the kitchen and the bathroom so you need to jump in order to pass. The bathroom fountain for cleaning your eyes in the morning is so tiny so that you cant wash your face, you have to spill water everywhere, and bump your had in the mirror. The TV is actually a PC monitor with no channels on.

The building was very very secure and I felt no anxiety about leaving my valuables in my room. My room was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was close to buses, Métro and the regional express train network, so it was easy to get into central Paris. There were shops and supermarkets nearby.

The instructions to find my room weren't very clear, but the instructions to enter the building and get my key were.

Mauvaise expérience.

Pas d’eau chaude. Le chauffe-bain électrique en panne et ils n’ont pas pu faire l’intervention durant mon séjour malgré mes réclamations. Pas wifi (sur booking c’est marqué qu’il y a internet) J’ai payé les frais de ménages mais sans que personne n’a venu faire le ménage.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Pas de wifi (alors qu’il devait y en avoir un). Lit inconfortable. La douche et les WC font des bruits de goutte en permanence. Faux contacts sur une des lampes.

Meuble cassé, odeur particulière, moisissure au plafond et sur certains mur, mauvaise ventilation, je ne mettrai pas les photos car j’espère pour les prochains voyageurs que il y aura une petite rénovation de l’appartement car j’ai signalé les problèmes des nôtres arrivé

Nie wynajmujcie tego apartamentu w wieczór kiedy PSG wygrywa Ligę Mistrzów! Hałas od ulicy nie do zniesienia! Oczywiście, żartuję ;)

Die Lage war super. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung war gut

Im Bad hat der Abfluss nicht funktioniert. Trotz Meldung wurde es nicht repariert. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.

pas grand chose, ah si, les petites attentions, café et gel douche

l'isolation (très bruyant) des travaux dans l'appartement voisin, un chantier d'immeuble devant la résidence, impossibledese reposer ou de dormir après 8h du matin ( ca devait être des vacancespour nous), la moisissure dans la douche, les câbles électriques à la fenêtre. une vue sur un dépôt emmaus, des déchets partout ! ( pour une vue ville comme indiqué dans l'annonce c'est limite !) un sentiment d'insécurité permanente dans le quartier. un télé dans le logement mais qui ne fonctionne pas ne faisant pas partie des équipements ( pourquoi la laisser alors)

emplacement est correct. Les bus a 2min a pieds et le métro 7 a 5min

Trop des bruits les nuits comme les jours, l'arrêt des bus sous la fenêtre de la chambre, appartement manque d'isolation, il ya fuite d'eau sur le plafond, l'eau coule sur le lit, lorsque la personne prend sa douche dans l'appartement au dessus
