Great stay in a quiet studio with a garden in an authentic multi-cultural Parisian neighborhood
Communication was clear and timely. I received all the needed information. The hosts were welcoming and polite. I loved the cultural diversity of the neighborhood with many authentic restaurants, which we enjoyed very much, especially the Chinese and Tunisien cuisine. I recommend also a nice bar with live music one block away on the same street as the flat. It took me only 20 minutes by metro to get to the Opera Garnier for a show. Amazing! I loved being on the ground floor and having a chance to go out to the private yard. I appreciated a homey feeling of the flat.

Really nice apartment, extremely close to the subway
Really nice apartment, extremely close to the subway. It is small, but has everything you may need. The host was also friendly and always available.
Just the additional rental contract and the damage deposit was a bit tedious back-and-forth, but it went fine and I can understand the host wanting to be on the safe side. Also, next time in Paris I will probably pick a different neighbourhood.
