Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Superbe appartement dans une résidence sécurisée ! Cosy et grand. Donne sur une rue à sens unique ce qui limite le bruit. Volets et rideaux permettent d'être bien dans le noir. Garage en sous sol qui permet de laisser son véhicule en sécurité et à l'abri. L'accueil par l'hôte a été très agréable : il nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages ! :-)

Ce serait un petit plus d'avoir un grille pain et des verres à vin. Maman solo avec enfants j'ai préféré éviter de fréquenter le quartier le soir. Le métro a proximité est très pratique en journée mais pas toujours bien fréquenté.

Joli appartement propre et bien situé pas loin du métro. La chambre très confortable. Très calme.

Manque d’équipement vaisselle et torchons. Le canapé lit où les enfants ont dormi n’est pas confortable.

Fantástico anfitrión y bonita casa para visitar París

El anfitrión era una persona maravillosa, que nos explicó todo con mucha amabilidad. Nos ofreció una plaza de aparcamiento gratuita en el mismo edificio, lo que fue estupendo, pues el exterior es todo con aparcamiento en la calle de pago. Admite perros. La comunicación en Metro con el centro de París es estupenda y rápida.

Cuando vuelves por la noche a la casa, la salida del metro da una sensación de inseguridad, pero podría ser una percepción mía, pues en realidad nunca pasó nada, simplemente que hay mucha gente vendiendo cosas en la calle.

Family trip.

: A very nice, spacious, and clean apartment. It’s soundproof when the windows are closed, which made our stay very comfortable. Very close to metro station and a balcony was a massive bonus. The landlord was very kind, and we truly had a great weekend. Thank you!

Appartement de bonne surface proche du métro, avec un garage privé et sécurisé. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique et réactif suite à nos remarques ou demande.

Appartement sympa et bien équipé

L'appartement est très sympa, bien aménagé et équipé. Nous avons entre autres très apprécié le ventilateur. Le parking sécurisé en sous-sol compris dans la location

Comme il faisait très chaud nous avons été obligés de garder les fenêtres ouvertes, et la rue est très animée et bruyante même très tard dans la nuit. Le nettoyage du frigidaire et notamment de la partie congélateur qui n'avait pas été fait.

L’immeuble et l’intérieur de l’appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût. C’est également très calme, pas de bruit dérangeant venant des voisins. Et la place de parking privée est très appréciable.

Le logement est situé dans une ville où ça vie beaucoup la nuit. Heureusement le logement est très bien isolé donc on entend pas trop les bruits extérieurs.

Le logement est très bien aménagé et calme. Il s’agit d’un logement privé, avec un accès sécurisé par badge, ce qui est très rassurant. L’hôte est très sympathique et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Le parking est un atout supplémentaire.

Revoir le ménage un peu de poussière dans l'appartement. Mon bébé a ramasser toute la poussière en traînant au sol .

Limpeza e decoração do apartamento que é perto de mais de uma estação de metrô. Tudo muito organizado e de muito bom gosto.

Para acessar o local, caminhamos por ruas do bairro com comércio de todos os níveis.

Une escapade réussie dans ce magnifique appartement

L’appartement est superbe, comme sur les photos ! L’hôte est accessible et très sympathique. Malgré que le logement soit situé à côté d’une route relativement passante, l’appartement est très bien isolé ce qui permet de ne pas être déranger. Pour résumer : propre magnifique on s’y sent comme à la maison

Дуже приємний господар, все зрозуміло пояснив, дозволив лишитися до 14 години. Квартира новенька, чистенька, стильна, все потрібне обладнання на місці. Єдине- не знайшли фен, але він був не категорично потрібним- обійшлися. Господар подбав навіть про наявність соусів, рису та спагетті для проживаючих! А от чай з цукром, напевно, допили попередні гості- але це анітрошки не зіпсувало чудових вражень від помешкання - надзвичайно зручні ліжка, ванна, локація.

Навколо гарні новобудови, дитячий майданчик, лише кілька гаражів-хатинок перед нашими вікнами мали сумний вигляд. Але це також свій шарм!
