Cosy cocon La Courneuve Stade de France

La propriété est sécurisée. L’appartement est fonctionnel et propre. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable ainsi que sa concierge. Idéalement situé pour l’accès au stade. Rapport qualité prix au top. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour une prochaine fois :)

Je tenais à remercier le propriétaire, qui est très réactif et toujours disponible. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et conforme à nos attentes. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Le seul bémol c’est que le logement est pas très bien isolé.

Appartement situé à proximité du stade de France, avec un accès sécurisé

The location was excellent in terms of a short walk to the train station to get into Paris, a boulangerie at the end of the road and a Lidl just around the corner. It was quite complicated to get into the building but the instructions on how to do so were good. A fan in each bedroom was excellent, especially as we were there on the hottest day on record! The living room was very spacious as were the bedrooms; it was a good size for 4 people. We were driving in and it was easy to get to from the motorway and the underground parking was great; probably as close to Paris as you want to get with a car. The area looks a bit rough, but everyone was friendly and a lot of families so it seemed safe enough, no worse than any other city.

The apartment was quite dirty (our feet were black from walking around the first night so the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, just hoovered), the oven grill didn't work, there was no bread knife and very limited cutlery and plates, there weren't many towels for 4 people, a couple more would have been good. None of these are terrible things that would stop you going, but equally very quick to fix. The apartment was very hot and stuffy, but there was an unexpected heat wave so just bad luck (+35C in May!), but if you're used to the heat then it's fine, just something to bear in mind for the time of year you're travelling.
