The apartment matched the photos accurately. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment during the stay.
The neighborhood did not feel safe, which made the overall experience quite stressful. I would not recommend this location for families or groups of women. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, and opening the blinds exposed the entire interior to people walking by, which made it hard to feel truly comfortable. While the apartment was clean, the sinks constantly collected water and did not drain properly, which was inconvenient.

que estaba bien comunicado con el centro de PARIS utilizando el tren RER. Se nota que el apartamento ha sido reformado. Los colchones son cómodos
Estabamos en un bajo y la habitacion de las niñas daba a un balcon que estaba junto al portal. Cuando llegaba gente tarde a casa, se oian ruidos. Ademas la ventana y persiana la teniamos que tener permanentemente cerrada porque cualquiera podiar entrar con el balcon con gran facilidad, ya que no habia rejas y la altura era inexistente al ser un bajo En nuestra habitacion habia un colchon hinchable que tuvimos que meter debajo de la cama porque estaba sobre unas baldas que fueron las que usamos para dejar nuestra ropa. En las habitaciones no hay armarios, solo algunas baldas que usamos a modo de armarios. La lampara de nuestra habitacion estaba rota y la luz del pasillo de la entrada a veces no funcionaba. Debajo de las camas y el balcon lo usan para almacenar lo que no quieren.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und Autostellplatz
Gute Lage zur Metro 12, die alle 3 Minuten fährt. RER B ist auch in der Nähe. Mehrere Bäckereien und Lidl sind fussläufig. Für das Auto gibt es einen privaten Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

De ligging was optimaal om naar een rugbymatch in het stade de France te gaan kijken. We mochten onze auto ook al vroeger parkeren en langer laten staan.
