There were insects crawling around, my mother’s seen roaches at night. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overall the stay was quite uncomfortable but we’re happy we had somewhere to sleep.

Appliances worked for the most part (including new washing machine ... dryer was much older.) Overly secure front door locking system like five bolts for security. Left us wondering why so secure? This is a tenement/indigent/section 8/project housing area which could account for the extra security. Only told to not leave keys in apartment when leave for the day (isn't that true for any door?) There was also a secured fence around property and secured door on the ground floor. The apartment was being cleaned when we dropped off the luggage before going out. Fairly close proximity to "Stade de France."

WIFI did not work. The cleaner pointed it out on the box but the information didn't work when input Loose kitchen plumbing, Spongy tub floor and ugly patched bath tub, The shower plumbing was also loose and all were afraid it could fall apart leading to water problems. Torn shower curtain that did not even fit, Kitchen counter was not even attached to the wall, Leaky toilet which ran constantly, Many electrical outlets did not even work, The master bed mattress rolled toward the middle. We had to complete drying four sets of sheets , duvet covers, towels and other bedding items that were left wet in the washer and dryer by the help in order for us to use these appliances. They would have molded without our intervention. I wonder why there were so many bedding items in need of laundering any why the task was never completed by the help? When brought up to the host, he remarked "you weren't required to do the laundry." (we couldn't have used the washer or dryer if we didn't. finish it.) You fill in the blanks, Filthy sofa with stains of unknown origin, Little to no lighting in bedrooms, The master bedroom did not have bar for clothes in the closet. Only shelves. The closet door appeared to be painted plywood that did not go along the track smoothly. Further, the mirror on the door had a broken pane. The 2nd bedroom: dust bunnies came out of the closet, hair of unknown origin in the closet, and strange smell in one area. Also, the window was misaligned and did not close correctly. The "apartment" grounds were horrid! Trash all over. Typical for housing of this kind, No instructions regarding requirements. No "welcome" paperwork to provide info. Basically you are on your own! Not even close to Paris Centre. Be prepared for many metro/RER B, taxi or ride share excursions. Station is 20 min walk through the sketchy hood. One night came in the and the elevator didn't work ... had to use stairs.

Very reasonable price for two nights stay near Paris. Easy accessible to public transport. Private secure parking.

Even though there was no issues, we felt it was not a very good area to stay with family. Microwave was not working. Kitchen window lock was broken. Underground parking garage is only good for a small car. We struggled to park our van in it. There was an engine stored in it which damaged my van’s rear bumper.

Host was good, he showed us the place personally and was very helpful.

Location is a bit far from Eiffel tower and other major attractions.

Host was kind and was responsive. He tried his best to help us with our questions but the apartment looks very old and needs renovation. Beds were very small to fit 2 people and were not comfortable.

I liked the hospitality of the host. All the facilities in the apartment were well thought. A family can easily cook and live there.

There was no exhaust fan in the WC, it was quite cumbersome for the next person to use it.

We could not enter the apartment at the check-in time agreed with the owner of the apartment, we talked to booking customer service with the evidence we have. We had to wait outside and in the cold for hours until the morning because of the owner of the apartment. Although we and the booking officials called him many times, we could not reach him and we were transferred to another hotel. Not a reliable host. I do not recommend that you choose
