I was misguided by the advertising

No Coffee mugs had to buy my own to to use for the weekend, very uncomfortable beds and no spare blankets for the winter , only 1 pillow and very useless to sleep on , extremely loud upstairs neighbors, shower doesn't drain fast water keep filling up you have to stop and wait.

Pleasant but could do some improvements

Basic amenity and walking distance to the nearest metro station.

The linens does not smell clean - it has damp smell. Could do with better and extra pillows and more kitchen utensils. The noise from neighbouring rooms upstairs are quite loud even after midnight (people talking and floor board noise). One of the electric fans doesn’t work.

There are 1 bed and one comfortable sofa bed so the flat has 2 bedrooms, there is a kitchen and bathroom - toilet and shower together. Really close to metro. The flat itself is nice and cosy. The cleaning lady is really nice and charming. The flat is really spacious and the view is good.

There was some smell present in the flat and it didn't go away after airing the rooms out. As well as there was a very strong smell on the bedsheets, no idea what kind of smell but very strong. The shower drain was full of hair and dirt. Also, off the topic, but guys, beware of Pantin disctrict, especially girls travelling as it is not safe at all! Better to get home before it gets dark.

the location, the host, even the lady who was cleaning the apartment was so kind and cordial. we had an early check in and the host as well as the cleaning lady were really generous and helpful

Secure, clean, basic apartment in a convenient location.

Very convenient to train station and travel into Paris. Straight run by Uber to Charles de Gaul airport. Quiet street and enjoyed street outlook from the windows. Very clean, basic apartment and able to prepare meals. Secure. Warm.

Climbing three flights of stairs after a full day out.

We were deceived by the pictures.

Wifi was strong. Rooms were large. Kitchen was decent but cutlery and glasses were dirty

Stairs to apartment were very steep (spiral) Handles on doors (in the suite) were not affixed properly and fell off frequently. The washroom was terrible. Very small area. Shower was in need of massive cleaning. Mildew on shower curtain and tiles.

Aucune isolation, on entend même les gens parler. Quartier à éviter, on ne sent absolument pas en sécurité. Grosse difficulté pour se garer. Pas de télévision, lorsque c’est mentionné. Les photos de ne sont pas fidèles à la réalité. Aucune décoration, pas chaleureux du tout.

Péssima experiencia. Não conseguimos ficar neste alojamento e tivémos que procurar uma alternativa.

O apartamento que nos foi dado não correspondia às fotografias. A minha reserva foi feita para 3 dias, uma família de 5 pessoas e com intenção de utilizar a cozinha para fazer algumas refeições. Quando chegamos ao apartamento, notamos que a cozinha estava com aspeto sujo, faltavam algumas portas nos armários. Quando o dono nos veio mostrar com mais detalhe, percebemos que não havia loiça suficiente para nós (copos, pratos pequenos, talheres em número insuficiente), só tínhamos um tacho pequeno e uma frigideira para cozinhar ( que estava cheia de gordura). a cozinha estava equipada com um frigorífico cujo congelador estava cheio de gelo (não dava para colocar nada ali dentro) e de resto, as prateleiras estavam com sujidade. O forno estava sujo por fora e por dentro, com gordura e restos de comida queimada. As prateleiras dos móveis da cozinha estavam com sujidade e alguma ferrugem. Na casa de banho encontramos paredes com a tinta a sair, a zona de duche estava com uma cortina que tinha bolor. A zona não nos pareceu segura. Saímos do apartamento e procurámos uma alternativa. Fizémos uma reclamação no booking com as fotos que tirámos. O proprietário não acedeu a reembolsar-nos e perdemos o dinheiro da reserva.

appartamento carino in un brutto quartiere = di sera non abbiamo ritenuto di uscire

camere da letto ampie, mobili nuovi, ottima biancheria da letto. la strada in cui si trova la casa è discreta, ma per arrivarci bisogna attraversare una zona molto mal frequentata.

c'erano poche posate, meno di quelle necessarie per 5 persone. C'erano pochi utensili in cucina ( tegami, posate per cucinare). Il wc è messo in mezzo alla stanza, troppo distante dal muro posteriore solo perchè i tubi non sono stati incassati e se ci si siede sul wc di fatto non c'è spazio per le ginocchia e la testa in avanti. Un bagno così in Italia non sarebbe a norma. Infine, ma non dipende dall'host, mentre eravamo presenti c'era cantiere nel palazzo, con impalcature e operai all'altezza delle nostre finestre, che quindi avevano i vetri sporchi ( pazienza) ma che soprattutto non si potevano aprire.

Zona non raccomandabile di sera. Lavori di ristrutturazione esterni alla struttura non segnalati. Appartamento con due camere + soggiorno con divano letto: Cucina con ante mancanti, frigo e cappa con sporco incrostato; il bagno si allaga per mancanza di anta della doccia. Fotografie non corrispondenti. Non tutte le prese funzionanti.

Jednostavnost komunikacije sa vlasnikom objekta, ulaz na šifru, dovoljno tople vode i dobar pritisak, Netflix, dobar WIFi signal, blizina metroa, dobrog restorana i slastičarnice, te jeftine tržnice.

Nedovoljno opremljen i očišćen apartman. Tanki zidovi pa se čuje razgovor susjeda. Zastarjela i neuredna kuhinja u kojoj nedostaje osnovni pribor za jelo.

Un appartement fait pour un court séjour seulement

La vaisselle n’était pas propre lors de l’arrivée dans le logement. Il manque un torchon à main et un torchon pour la vaisselle. Il n’y a pas non plus de balai pour nettoyer l’appartement (utile pour un séjour de plusieurs jours). Pareillement, la vaisselle est limitée au strict minimum.

Surpreendente

Boa localização, prédio antigo mas o bairro é cheio de culinária internacional, farmácia (bom para shampoo/condicionador/cremes), mercados (para economizar comprando comes e bebes), tudo muito simples mas de boa qualidade. É muito perto de uma estação de metrô de linha que liga você com as principais atrações turísticas como Louvre, Ópera Garnier… para ir à Torre Eiffel é preciso trocar de uma linha para outra mas são poucas estações, considero que para ir a todos os principais locais levou de 20-30 minutos, inclusive até a Gare Du Nord que é aonde pegamos trens ou chegamos de outros países. O host demorou um pouco para nos responder previamente, mas quando chegamos em Paris e solicitamos pelo WhatsApp a nossa entrada ele já estava nos esperando no local, super simpático e solicito explicando tudo.

O parte de banho deixou a desejar, o sabonete/shampoo que deixaram não eram bons, mas o pior foi o chuveiro que não tem uma capacidade grande de água quente. Se uma pessoa tomar um banho um pouco mais demorado (de uns 8-10 min) a próxima terá que esperar por 1h até o gás conseguir esquentar o reservatório de água, caso contrário a água vai gelar no meio do banho e você tem que aceitar. Como fomos em época fria, sofremos um pouco com isso, principalmente no dia em que chegamos e só queríamos tomar banho e sair do apartamento pra curtir, nos outros dias “aprendemos” e tomávamos banhos mais rápidos.

Un cauchemar, à déconseiller

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet immeuble. La première fois cela c'était très bien, nous avons passé trois nuits paisibles. Nous étions dans l'appartement 1étage à gauche de l'escalier. Nous avons sans hésité choisi de revenir au même endroit même si nous avions trouvé moins cher dans le quartier ! Cette fois nous étions dans l'appartement au 1er étage en face de l'escalier. Nous avons vite réalisé qu'il n'y avait aucune isolation sonore entre les appartements. Les voisins de la chambre à coucher ont fait du bruit chaque soir jusqu'à 2 ou 3 heures. Ils parlaient très forts. quand nous leur avons signifié ceci en toquant contre le mur ( vers 3h) , le voisin a réagit en venant frappé plusieurs fois à notre porte. Nous nous sommes senti en insécurité. en plus d'avoir mal dormis pendant trois nuits. En arrivant les tasses à café étaient sales, il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour laver la vaisselle, nous en avons acheter une. La poubelle de la cuisine n'était pas vidé. J'ai envoyé trois messages au propriétaire qui sont restés sans réponse ! Bien que nous allons retourner à Pantin nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce logement
