Decent size bedrooms, living room, kitchen and toilet. Quiet and safe location with shops nearby and good public transport. The owner was kind enough to let me have an early check-in.

The whole apartment was cold. Although there was underfloor heating, it wasn't working properly, especially since I have my small child. Our sleep were compromised and uncomfortable due to cold condition. The bed sheets were not changed, so I bought new white sheets to cover the beds.

Good location. Nice host. Nice Flat. Hot showers.

Close to shops and eateries. Easy enough to travel from here to tourist locations. Looking out of the window in the distance you can see Eiffel Tower. The apartment has good facilities.

It was difficult to get access to building and flat. The building has 2 entrances and the code given wasn’t working for me. I think a photo of the entrance to use was sent to me but for whatever reason the images were not displaying to me in the App. Eventually when we made contact via WhatsApp we resolved it. Prior to our stay I was not made aware of checking-out demands such as emptying rubbish to the basement bins, opening the windows and messaging the host when checked out.

Nice appartement, good location. The appartement was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Beds were ok, nothing fancy. Communication with the owner was good. Parking was free behind the building.

Even though we couldn't park all the way into the garage (very tight) at least we had a reserved space to leave the car.

Bon rapport qualité prix malgré tout… quartier un peu sensible donc parking privé dans la cour etait appréciable

Appartement spacieux, parking (juste pour une grosse voiture) appréciable. Propriétaire réactif. Aménagement correct , je vous conseillerais un porte manteau ou de quoi poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain, cela serait un petit plus… rajoutez qu’il y a une cafetière, c’est un plus… on l’ignorait. Et pour information il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux….

Il faisait juste niveau température , heureusement qu’il y avait des plaids… pas de volets juste rideau occultant et odeur de tabac venant surement des étages circulant par la ventilation des sanitaires.

Ondanks de lage prijs toch geen locatie die we opnieuw zouden boeken.

1. Appartement was te kaal ingericht en zelfs geen klein beetje sfeer. 2. De poetsdame gebruikte ons appartement om lakens te wassen en te drogen voor meerdere appartementen. Dit betekent een hok waar lakens droogden, een wasmachine die bij aankomst nog vol zat, toegang tot ons appartement om lakens te wassen terwijl men er niet moest zijn, enz. 3. Slechte bedden. 4. Niet alle voorzieningen, zoals een haardroger, waren aanwezig ook al staat dit wel vermeld. 5. Verwarming is waarschijnlijk vloerverwarming maar geen enkele mogelijkheid om die zelf te regelen waardoor het eerder koud aanvoelde.

Es war nicht ausreichend Bettzeug für die fünfte Person vorhanden. Es fehlte der Föhn wie angegeben. Keine Toilettenhalterung, defekte Steckdose mit Klebeband abgedeckt.

Goedkoop, groot maar bah

Het appartement stonk enorm naar rook. We hebben toen de ramen open gezet om te luchten en toen hebben we 3 dagen met dekbedden en kleding op de bank gezeten, omdat het appartement veel te koud was. Wij roken niet, maar onze kleren stonken allemaal naar rook. Ook de bedden en bank stinkt naar rook. Het appartement zou een korte tijd geleden gerenoveerd zijn maar er zitten overal al vieze plekken op de muren. Het is bezemschoon, maar een goede poetsbeurt mag ook. We kwamen aan er lag een enorme washoop op het wasrek en (vieze?) was op/in de wasmachine. Ik had verwacht dat dit opgeruimd zou zijn. De bedden kraken enorm. De wc blijft doorlopen, dus je kan niet 1x doorspoelen, je moet opnieuw op de knop drukken. Er zou een föhn aanwezig zijn, maar dat was helaas niet. Slaapbank kun je op slapen, maar uitschuifdeel is een harde plank. Dus voor 1 persoon oke.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable et emplacement très pratique. Propre et fonctionnel. Des rideaux un peu plus occultants dans les chambres seraient top pour ne pas être réveillés trop tôt par le soleil. Petit souci avec le badge d'accès au parking qui n'a pas pu être réglé pendant le séjour mais on a pu s'arranger avec des voisins.
