Don’t think we would stay again.

Location was good.

Tight stair case and up four flights. Coffee machine was broken when we arrived. Toilet is horrendous, need to be able to do some Pilates to use it. Place had a strong smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Shower room was very foisty as were the towels.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, sodass man wirklich die Stille genießen und sich gut erholen kann. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Zug-, Tram- und Bushaltestellen befinden sich in der Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem mehrere gut erreichbare Restaurants sowie einen Kiosk, in dem man schnell Getränke oder andere Alltagsartikel kaufen kann. Die Lage ist eindeutig ein großer Vorteil

Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, was besonders anstrengend ist, wenn man müde nach Hause kommt. Bei meiner Ankunft hatten mehrere Räume keinen Strom: Das Badezimmer, die Toilette und die Küche waren komplett ohne Licht. Nur das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer hatten Strom. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert, aber er hat nie reagiert. Ohne Strom in der Küche konnte ich keine Getränke kühl halten. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Wasser, sodass ich mich nur mit kaltem Wasser duschen musste. Auch das Bett war problematisch: Der Lattenrost war beschädigt und mehrere Latten waren aus ihrer Halterung herausgerutscht. Anstatt sie richtig einzusetzen oder auszutauschen, wurden sie einfach lose oben draufgelegt. Dadurch war das Bett instabil und unbequem. Im Badezimmer gab es nicht einmal Handwaschgel.
