Worth it for first time. Property is good but neighbourhood is not recommendable.
Property was good. Neighbourhood was bit scary. There were people who screaming and you will find lots of male population on the streets and area was not good where this facility is but it is worth money. If you want to save a bit money then its a good property. Metro station is 7 minutes walk from property and you will get to all popular locations in Paris with in 35 to 40 minutes with public transportation.
Water is not flowing properly in sink. It was getting stuck when you use the sink for brush your teeth or etc. There is only one heater in bedroom and in night in winter you will feel bit cold in bedroom.
