First of all, the apartment was beautifully decorated and looked just like the photos, which was a lovely surprise. I also really appreciated that the key was in a lockbox, it took the pressure off having to arrive at a specific time for check-in. On top of that, the location was great, close to the metro and other useful amenities.

Excellent

Location was fine. Outside the boundary of the centre of Paris so the taxi was expensive (a scam? Agree the fare before you get into the taxi) but the Stade de France metro is only 5 minutes walk away so I wouldn't recommend a taxi. We liked everything, really. No bad points. The hosts were supportive with emails etc.

Apartamento reformado e bem decorado. Próximo a mercados e farmácias. A menos de 10 minutos da estação de trem. Espaço bem aproveitado. Tinham bastante toalhas de banho e roupas de cama confortáveis.

Sofá cama um pouco duro e desconfortável, não havia taça para vinhos e poucos utensílios de cozinha como panelas, tampas não havia nenhuma, faca de cozinha. Alguns detalhes que poderiam tornar a estadia um pouco mais fácil e confortável. O cofre onde se retira o crachá fica num local muito baixo e precisa praticamente sentar no chão para conseguir pegar. Num dia de frio e chuva não é fácil.

Appartement confortable et bien connecté.

L'Écrin Bleu est bien placé à Aubervilliers. L'endroit est bien connecté avec le RER et le métro (ligne 12) chacun à une dizaine de minutes de marche. Présence de nombreux commerces à proximité. Le parking (payant) est sécurisé et accessible directement depuis le bâtiment. Et surtout : l'appartement est confortable et beau !

Appartement trés calme et très bien placé pour se rendre au stade de france à pied (20mn) et à 10mn du métro pour aler sur Paris.

Un apartament modern, cochet, curat, utilat cu tot ce este necesar pentru a petrece câteva zile de neuitat la Paris.

soggiorno piacevole e molto soddisfatto

Abitazione grande e spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, bagno grande con una doccia meravigliosa, cucina a isola con tutte le stoviglie necessarie, aggiungerei 2 tazzine piccole da caffé, anche la camera da letto aveva un armadio a ponte grande, tutto funzionava alla perfezione. il piu' vicino supermercato Franprix in Rue du Landy é a 5 minuti a piedi, la fermata della metro che io ho usato é Front Populaire linea 12 a 15 minuti a piedi dall'abitazione, all'uscita della metro si trova un'altro Franprix che chiude alle 23. il quartiere essendo in periferia é fatto di nuove costruzioni con etnie di varie parti del mondo ma molto tranquillo anche rientrando la sera tardi. Io sono arrivato a Paris Beauvais con Ryanair, preso la navetta Aerobus per Saint Denis Universitè e da qui il bus 353 fino alla fermata Landy Pont de Soissons a 10 minuti dall'abitazione.

di negativo niente, l'unico suggerimento che posso fare é la Key box esterna troppo bassa e quindi scomoda per ritirare il badge di accesso all'edificio più in alto sarebbe meglio, aggiungerei un paio di ganci in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani.

Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van de RER wat het een mooie uitvalsbasis maakt voor een bezoek aan Parijs.

De locatie was zeer netjes en heel euim. Mooie keuken en badkamer.

Helaas lag de Wifi eruit bij aankomst en duurde het door overmacht 2 dagen voor dit verholpen kon worden. Wel goed contact hierover gehad met de eigenaar.
