DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH IT. SCAMMERS!!!!

Nothing. Not worth it. Scammers.

We booked from the 26th of December (despite arriving on the 27th) because we landed in Paris at 7:30AM and we didn’t want to linger outside of our hotel after a 20hr flight until the check in time. We got there at around 8AM from the airport and we couldn’t get our room cards from the machine because it says our booking cannot be found. We tried calling them but they ignored our calls. No one bothered to come help despite the fact that we clicked on the “assistance required” button. Thankfully we met someone who also booked with them and they said their calls got picked up and they helped us call the host (This was at 1:30PM). They said they’ll send someone to assist us but she didn’t come. I entered my booking reference into the room card dispensing machine again at around 2PM and all of a sudden, my booking popped up and I was able to get my card. It was weird because we couldn’t find out booking despite entering it for a million times for the past 7 hours. We were stuck in the small lobby for 7 hours. Our booking only popped up when we were able to contact them via another person who happened to book at the same place as us.

Extremely disappointing

The property was at the good location

The room Was very small and aircondition wasn’t working. Although it’s October but the room was hot and humid due to no ventilation. I complained about the air conditioning and the response was due to October, air conditioning is not on. Was asked to keep the window open to get some air in the room. I wasn’t very comfortable keeping the windows open due to being a tourist. Not worth it for the price we have paid. Anyone could get a hotel in the same price and have more facilities. The shower area was stinky. Towels and toilet paper was only provided the first day, later on no one cared whether we need something or not. The concierge is only available during the day between 9-6PM however the website says 9-10. Extremely disappointed!!!

Perfectly located and an adorable experience!

The apartment was incredible! Location was fantastic, felt very safe, public transport was convenient too with lots of cafes and restaurants around. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable so we put the mattress on the floor and it was great - that would be the ONLY negative. Everything else was incredible.

Nice place, but too noisy at night for sleeping!

It was clean and quick to respond when we arrived to help us enter the building.

Too much noise outside the building. Parties every night until 3 am. I couldn’t sleep! Water in shower overflowed onto bathroom floor. Flowers would have been nice in the window planter.

Swikly deposit problem

They did not block the deposit from my credit card. I paid the deposit from the credit card as a personal expense. I don't know if I will get the deposit back. I wrote an email to swikly. It said I needed to contact the hotel. I wrote an email to the hotel. No response.The floor of the room was very dirty. The towels were dirty.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment had a fantastic location right in the heart of Montmartre, close to everything you might need – shops, bakeries, restaurants, and public transport. The size of the apartment was very good for a stay in Paris, and overall it worked really well for us. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was generally well-equipped for a short stay. It was easy to feel at home and enjoy the neighborhood from here.

The apartment didn’t quite match the impression from the photos online – it felt more worn and less fresh in reality. While it wasn’t dirty, it wasn’t spotless either, and could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly before our arrival.

AWFUL experience. Their check-in process was a mess, unclear, unresponsive, and frustrating.

We didn’t stay at this property at all. The service was terrible, completely unresponsive. We waited for over an hour with no access or instructions before I had to book another hotel.

Everything about the service was disappointing. I selected an arrival time between 12–1 PM and arrived shortly after 2 PM, but there were no check-in instructions. I was told to download an app and pay a security deposit through a separate company, which I did at a nearby café using their Wi-Fi. Still, I received no access code and no response. We had just finished traveling through five different countries before arriving at this property, so their check-in system only made things more difficult, not easier. I sent messages via WhatsApp and email, and even asked a kind French woman to make a phone call for me, but we heard nothing for over an hour. My 77-year-old mother, who wasn’t feeling well and has limited mobility, had to wait outside with me. I began to worry it was a scam, especially since all communication was happening outside the Booking.com platform. Eventually, I booked another hotel about a mile away. The staff there were outstanding, friendly, responsive, and had our room ready when we arrived. This property's check-in instructions finally arrived via text just before 4 PM, long after we had given up. To make matters worse, their office is closed on weekends. This was truly a nightmare experience.

1. the propoerty was now well repared. We asked to prepare the sofa bed - not done. We asked to make 2 single beds in another room - not done. The propeorty was not cleaned well. Called the host - no answer, left a message - no answerr at all. Urgent line does not work during weekend.

SCAM!! Terrible, horrible, don’t get in the bed you’ll get an STD

Nothing, it was a filthy, smelly dump that didn’t look like the photos at all. 9 Rue Forest, Door 935, the 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd Floor is horrible and does not look like the photos.

This property was not as shown in the photos. It was dirty, not fit for human habitation. There were stains on the old dirty furniture, it smelled like garbage, there were pubic hairs and stains all over the sheets. It was literally like we walked into someone’s dirty house that they had just vacated. The problems started before arrival when they didn’t send me instructions on how to access the property until just a couple of hours before we arrived in Paris. When we arrived, we called the concierge immediately to have someone come and clean the apartment he told me they couldn’t send cleaners for 3 days because of Whit Day. I was charged even though the place was a scam, filthy pubic hair infested dump where the view is of an alley and someone’s burnt out roof and garbage. DO NOT STAY HERE it is seedy like a by the hour motel. Photos are just some of the multitude of pubic hair and stains on the sheets.

Disappointing Paris trip in this apartment and terrible service

It was in Paris and easy access once that information was provided and received.

There was one tiny bar of soap and shampoo left for 2 people for a 3 night stay. No water or coffee left for us, no snacks and it wasn't cleaned to the standards of all other properties I have stayed at. The floors need a good mopping. Someone needs to take some time and fix a few of the cosmetic details. The bed started to separate at night while sleeping. Bathroom has pink mold in some places on the floor. Coffee machine needs to be cleaned. The water was very dirty (brought my own coffee). I would not recommend. The room wasn't ready for us until 7:45 pm (19:45) & left several messages asking for help to get inside since the email was never received. All it would take is a phone call from someone to tell us how to access the room.

Perfect stay in Paris

Everything was perfect. If we come back to Paris we would definitely stay there again.

For us it was not clear why the highest tax rate of 15€/ per person per night was used for this apartment. We expected a lower tax but the owner assured us that this is the correct amount.

L’appartement est bien situé et l’arrivée autonome était pratique. Cependant, j’avais demandé un lit double et deux lits simples ont simplement été rapprochés. Cela était inconfortable pendant le séjour. Par ailleurs, la chaise de toilette était anormalement haute, ce qui n’était pas très confortable non plus. Dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est bien passé, mais ces détails pourraient être améliorés pour une meilleure expérience.

Le logement est très bien situé. Il est confortable et bien décoré.

Attention à la taxe de séjour qui n'apparait pas dans le prix affiché et qui est très importante (15 euros par jour et par personne). Le problème de télécommande des climatiseurs n'a pas été réglé durant le séjour ce qui ne nous a pas permis de contrôler la température. Les deux matelas collés s'écartent progressivement durant la nuit ce qui n'est pas agréable.

Le logement est très bien placé. Le service de location est très réactif et a bien répondu à nos demandes. La taille est correcte et l'appartement est fonctionnel.

Le lit double est un canapé lit est d'un modèle qui date d'il y a 30 ans, il est tellement tordu que l'on a de la peine à l'ouvrir le soir (j'ai des photos). C'est une cuvette idéale pour rouler l'un sur l'autre, mais pas pour dormir! Après 2 nuits horribles, nous avons du mettre le matelas par terre pour dormir un peu mieux! Pour le prix, j'estime que l'essentiel est d'avoir 4 lits corrects. C'est très dommage car le reste est OK et l'accueil a été très réactif, mais je ne peux pas admettre un lit qui nous a pourri notre séjour. Cela explique la note très basse, mais réfléchie.

交通不錯但附近是紅磨坊晚一點經過時有被坐在路邊的大叔搭話有點可怕，但不理會快步走過是還好，住五天也只有一天有遇到，所以還可以接受。但房間的配置真的不錯只是有點暗，洗衣房也是很方便的配置，整體算是不錯的住宿經驗

安全性跟交通便利性十分滿意

住宿方訊息回覆速度非常緩慢，WiFi 密碼跟一些問題反應甚至是我們到當地跟購物時的店員借電話才能聯繫上，有丟垃圾的地方卻沒有替換的垃圾袋，訊息問了也沒有回覆這部分很困擾。

Soggiorno fantastico...Parigi è una città incantevole.

La struttura è nuova, dotata dei confort necessari e zona molto tranquilla. Trovare sale, olio d'oliva, pastiglie per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, ci ha aiutato nella gestione della spesa quotidiana.

Mi è stato dato un appartamento diverso da quello visto nel momento della prenotazione ma comunque migliore perché era dotato di due stanze anziché di una sola con letto matrimoniale e divano come visto in foto. Essendo in 4, c'erano però solo 2 sedie. Il divano letto delle mie figlie era sprovvisto di un secondo lenzuolo necessario per coprirsi. Mancavano i piatti fondi che noi italiani utilizziamo. Gli asciugamani forniti erano pochi. Credo che ci dovrebbe essere la possibilità di cambiarli senza dover fare personalmente la lavatrice. Una scopa (con quella piccola dell'appartamento non si riusciva a spazzare a terra) e un panno per lavare a terra non guasterebbero. Coprimaterasso macchiato.

Gutes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft war gut. Für vier Personen leider zu eng. Lage ist dennoch sehr gut!

Gegenüber war ein Hotel mit Dachterrasse. Es war in allen Nächten laut. Wir mussten das Zimmer bereits am Sonntag um 10:00 Uhr früh verlassen. Das finde ich für den Preis zu früh.

De bereikbaar-/beschikbaar -/ bekwaamheid van de helpdesk was ronduit abominabel! De passen hebben het nl 2/3 van de tijd niet gedaan en konden we niet in ons appartement komen. Dit is voor de nabij gelegen garage conciërge zeer belastend gebleken. De ruit naar een binnenplaats laat veel licht door aangezien er geen verduistering mogelijk is. Dit verstoort de nachtrust.

Conforme aux photos et description. Facilité d'accès autonome par délivrance automatique d'un badge. Immeuble très sécurisé. Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Calme en intérieur. Proximité du métro appréciable également.

Les 2 matelas vaudraient d'être retournés (creux au milieu) - Rideaux occultants seraient bienvenus, surtout au 2è étage sur rue au niveau de l'éclairage public globe orange.
