If you sleep well it’s great but if you’re a light sleeper…

The location was amazing and the apartment was nice

It was very noisy in the bedroom from the boiler and chairs scraping and noisy patrons of the brasserie next door

A big mistake.

The rooms are located underground. One of the room is very noisy due to the direct thin wall shared with the bar of the corner. The other room is very toxic. It smells strongly like mold, and you could instantly feel like you are breathing bad air. I slept in there one night, and it was a mistake. I had to sleep on the couch up there the second night. The air is absolutely toxic down there, no question.

The owner didn’t respond to any message. Nor did he answer the phone. There’s a sad excuse for a fan in the upper level. It’s too hot there. The washing machine breaks the electricity so you can’t use it. Not enough light.

The place was as the pictures described

The wifi didn’t work downstairs in the bedrooms, only upstairs. The place needs attention in the cleaning, specially if children are staying. There is also a note saying, please no noise after 11pm, but, the bar/restaurant next door makes noise until 2am at least! Downstairs in the bedrooms you can hear the chairs/tables being pulled and so on.

We liked the location - you can easily get quite fast everywhere.

Unfortunately, a big disappointment for us. The apartment was dark, without windows, made from the original basement, there was mold and a smell of mustiness. In addition, demolition work was going on in the restaurant next door, and from early morning there was a terrible noise (we felt in the dark and underground like in a mine, where rubble is falling over our heads). I contacted the owner with a request to leave the accommodation a day earlier, but he did not respond at all. Just next day he sent me a message that he hopes our stay was great and we would come again next time :-D

Great time in Paris thanks to The Blue House

I can say that we had definitely a great stay at this apartment. It exceeded our expectations as I went through all of the existing reviews and I can confirm that each one problem that was mentioned there has now been fixed. The apartament contains everything you need in terms of appliances to experience one fantastic stay. The kitchen was fully equipped (there are enough cutlery, a great Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, an oven, a dishwasher, etc.). There is a large TV in the living room as well as smaller TVs in each bedroom. The WiFi was great for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were enough for everyone and clean as well. The location turned out to be so close to the main tourist landmarks that we preferred to walk to some of them regardless of the fact the metro station is as far as 3 minutes walking from the apartment. The host was so kind that the converstation we had was so clear and smooth. I am so happy that I came across this wonderful apartment that I can only suggest you to not hesitate booking it.

Very well located

The Blue House was very easy to find and access, being only a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations. Also a short walk to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions (Moulin Rouge and Sacre-Coeur). The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortably fitting our party of 6. The kitchen was well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer. The bathroom was very modern and newly decorated with powerful shower. Both bedrooms had big double beds, extra blankets and smart TV's. Pierre, our host was very helpful, providing lots of information about the apartment, how to get there and local amenities.

The mattresses on the beds weren't very comfortable and would benefit from being thicker. The overall apartment felt a bit dusty and could do with a touch up. As a group of 6 we struggled with one bathroom and hot water was limited going cold by the fourth shower which we overcame by some showering on an evening instead of the morning.

loved this place and would recommend!!

loved the two rooms and the new upgraded bathroom. loved that there are no steps. just walk in off the street. the owner was friendly and helpful and the location was decent. we walked everywhere. no need for a bus or train. but we are big walkers. the upgraded bathroom was awesome.

not the property fault, but you could hear the people outside even just walking. not to mention the bar and loudness. but the walking is what took us by surprise. we had some people kick and pound on our door trying to get in which scared us, but again probably just drunk kids. the only negative is the couch. it smelt so bad we could barely sit on it. my husband had to sleep on it and said it was uncomfortable. besides the couch, everything was great!!

Bar à côté (mur commun) avec bruit jusqu’à 1 h du matin et réouverture à 7h avec volets qui claquent (difficile de dormir) Canapé lit à ne pas considérer comme un lit. Matelas peu épais, on sent les barres, même simplement assis.

Bella casa, ma molto fredda e assistenza assente

La struttura è molto bella, le camere sono grandi e dotate di tutti i comfort. La cucina è ben attrezzata con forno, micronde, macchina del caffè. La sala ha un divano letto, che non abbiamo usato, ma come divano era molto comodo, un televisore grande con netflix, connessione wifi. Le camere sono al piano interrato, entrambe con letto matrimoniale, tv e armadio. Il bagno è stretto ma ben attrezzato con water 2 lavabi, doccia grande, lavatrice, asciugatrice e scaldasalviette Il tutto è molto ben arredato

L'unico problema è stato che avendo soggiornato in inverno, quando la temperatura esterna era di -2 gradi, non siamo riusciti ad accendere i termosifoni e nonostante abbiamo inviato un messaggio al proprietario lyi non ci ha degnato di risposta. Ci siamo attrezzati con coperte, ma è stato veramente assurdo lasciarci al freddo.

Séjour a Paris

L'emplacement est très bien le métro a 3 min a pied,le secteur est animé,deux supérettes et un monoprix a moins de 3 min a pieds ainsi que pas mal de restaurants et fast food Le logement en lui-même est bien équipé il nous manqué uniquement une housse de couette pour le couchage canapé . Nous gardons l'adresse pour nos prochains séjours.

Il est vrai que si vous cherchez du calme se n' est pas forcément la bonne location le voisin est un bar il y a donc des nuisances sonores au passage ils sont très gentils il faut pas hésiter a aller boire un verre. Mais nous sommes à Paris on ne peut pas exiger le calme de la campagne normande. Il y a quelques petites choses qui pourraient être revues mais qui ne gênent pas vraiment surtout en fonction du rapport qualité prix. -ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas sur l' axe palier entre les deux chambres. -Un peu d' humidité au-dessus de la douche surment du au personne qui n'utilise pas la vmc peut-être qu'une petite notice insitent les gens a l'utiliser obligatoirement.

Las toallas estaban y tenían olor a humedad. Decía que tenía shampoo y no tenía. Había ropa de hombre en el lavarropas.

J’avais lu les commentaires indiquant que les chambres étaient en sous-sol donc rien ne m’a étonné. L’appartement est bien situé, le responsable nous a envoyé plein d’informations avant notre arrivée pour préparer au mieux notre installation. Le quartier est super. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe und absolut unzumutbar aufgrund zahlreicher Mängel und mangelhafter Organisation.

Die Unterkunft war eine große Enttäuschung: Der Check-in hätte um 15:00 Uhr erledigt sein sollen, war aber verspätet, da die Reinigungskraft erst um 14:53 Uhr kam und um 16:02 Uhr erst fertig war. Die Ausstattung war mangelhaft (nahezu leere Seife, ein Blatt Küchenpapier, nur 3 Nespresso-Kapseln für 5 Personen), die Handtücher stanken und waren unbenutzbar, die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert. Besonders unzumutbar war die fehlende Belüftung (kein einziges Fenster), weshalb wir Matratzen aus dem Keller ins Erdgeschoss tragen und die Haustür offen lassen mussten, um Luft zu bekommen. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar (sofortige Mailbox, keine Antwort).
