Lovely stay in a fun location.

The bathroom is tiny. Also, they market this as two bathrooms, but there is only one toilet. There are two showers and sinks, but just one tiny toilet area.

Very good accommodation at a reasonable price.

We stayed as a family of 4. The house is relatively central in Paris. Thanks to this, we had the opportunity to walk almost everywhere. The house had two separate bedrooms and a two-bed section upstairs for the children. It also had 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The kitchen and its equipment and living room were quite sufficient. The accommodation company provides you with very detailed information and directions at all stages. At check-in time, a person greets you, gives you details about the house and hands over the keys. You enter the house with a key through two coded doors.

The only negative aspect I can criticize was the power cuts, which we thought were due to the electric heaters working due to the very cold weather. You can overcome this by turning off all electric radiators and turning on the air conditioners. However, I definitely recommend it for families with what it offers at an affordable price in the center of Paris.

Hidden gem in a super charming neighborhood with a perfect location.

Perfect location! Street filled with little food shops (the bakery across the street is just amazing and so affordable) and in walking distance to Montmatre! So charming, just the best of Paris!

I had trouble figuring out how the coffee maker worked, but my son solved it. So happy there was coffee and tea to start the first day!!!

My favourite accommodation on holiday

Really nicely decorated, wifi was fast, beds were quite comfortable, lots of towels (and very soft too), there was AC in multiple areas, and in a very convenient area where you step out and there’s immediately restaurants, stores, etc. The bakery out front had the best almond croissant I’d ever had.

There are no lifts and the property is on the top floor. Expect to haul your luggage up! The door to the washroom was broken and my friend got stuck in the bathroom for a minute, we couldn’t and didn’t lock the door during our stay.

Very nice appartement in the middle of Paris

We had a great stay with our family of 5 in this very nice apartment in the middle of Paris, close to all the main sites. Appartement is om the top floor so very quite. Good comfortable beds and my son loved to sleep in the loft. Very clean and all amenities (towels, shampoo & soap, coffee, etc) for our stay were included. Great communication with Edgar before during and after our stay.

Toilet is a bit small for taller people but this was no real hindrance.

Great apartment, bright and well located!

Cleanliness, furniture, kitchen, brightness, location, organization. I loved the communication with the staff, the nearness to the metro station, the beds are confy, the kitchen well equipped (missing only scottex and napkins), the two showers with shampoo and body soap.

The bathroom is very small, not very suitable for tall persons, third floor without elevator and very narrow stairs, not a bad aspect but you need to know.

Amazing stay at Edgar's apartment. Beautiful loft very well decorated. Very good location at the heart of Paris, a few minutes away from Montmartre !! Perfect for families visiting the city. The apartment is clean, and the bedding very comfortable. Thank you again for everything Edgar!! We will definitely come back!

Ubicación perfecta

La ubicación es ideal estás a 10 minutos de lugares tan impresionantes como Monmartre que se puede ir andando, en tan solo 10 minutos llegas al louvre, la ópera de paris. La ubicacion es inmejorable, en la misma calle tienes un Carrefour express, varias panaderías y muchos comercios

El único punto negativo, es que el WC es muy pequeño das con las rodillas a la puerta si eres un poco grande

L'annonce ne précise pas que l'appartement est situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier très étroit. Les WC sont trop petit, obligé de s'asseoir en travers. Peu de rangement surtout dans les chambres.

Super Lage in SoPi und relativ ruhig im Innenhof. Hell und modern.

Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento muy tranquilo y silencioso, muy cómodas las camas, con climatización en cada habitación y en el salón. La atención de los anfitriones, maravillosa! Definitivamente repetiremos cuando volvamos a la ciudad.

No es algo malo, es simplemente algo a tener en cuenta por los viajeros que quieran hospedarse aquí: el apartamento está en la tercera planta, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son algo estrechas. Tenlo en cuenta si viajas con una persona con mobilidad reducida. Todo lo demás está muy bien!

Ubicació. Anfitrió molt cuidador. Cuina/sala d'estar ben equipada ( rentadora, rentaplats, cafetera, ). Molta llum. Regals de benvinguda ( café, xocolata, té) Edifici que et transporta al vell Paris.

Dos dutxas independents que són funcionsls, comodes, però amb poca ventilació . El wc independent super incómode. Toques amb els genolls a la porta. No hi ha ascensor .

Toplocatie. Ideale uitvalshoek op Parijs te verkennen.

De loft is super goed gelegen midden in een bruisende straat met allerlei winkels, bakkers, ontbijtzaken, supermarkt,… in nabijheid. Toch is de loft zelf zeer rustig. Geen straatlawaai. Uitstekende bedden. Gezellige ontbijthoek.
