Edgar Suites Grands Boulevards - Hauteville

The property had contacted us to say that a representative would meet us for arrival. Gary was on the street waiting as our transport arrived. He led us up to the apartment, showed us around, and explained everything, gave us 2 keys. The apartment was quite big for central Paris, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), kitchen living area, bathroom and separate toilet. Large comfortable beds - firm but we like them that way. A perfect base for a family or group to explore Paris.

The stairway and entry hall were a bit on the rustic side and a little dark, but fine. The only issue was a message from the host company, one evening to say that there would be an inspection of the fire extinguisher and electrical board the following day, which we were not happy about. We had several messages back and forth with the host company, and they always responded promptly. In the end the inspection didn’t happen, but we weren’t happy that people would have had entry while we were out site seeing, with passports and laptops in the apartment.

A fabulous apartment comfortably furnished and in a very good standard. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Location is great walking distance to several metro lines. We loved it!

Nothing.

Great communication and very friendly owner. We had a marvelous time in Paris, thanks in no small part to EDGAR SUITES. Plenty of room for my family of 5, and the location was top notch.

Nothing to dislike

The entrance and the interior stairs are a disaster. Main bedroom is too noisy. Just the deliver you the apartment and there is no help after. Main building door has a problem and we couldn’t get in one day when we back to apartment, no one cares or answer, just after 5 times try and waiting for long time it worked when we pushed the door strongly. the curtains in the living room and main bedroom was not installed properly as it is damaged, the staff promised to solve it but unfortunately they do no thing. In our last day we walked up and found a staff in the apartment which is mean some one entered the apartment while we were sleeping.
