Amazing Stay in Paris

We were travelling as a family of 6 people. Edgar Suites at 43 Rue d`Haute Ville was a great place to stay. The apartment had 3 bedrooms with large comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 seperate toilet. Ideal for a family stay. The location of the apartment was great - a 30 minute walk from Notre-Dame and the Latin Quaters, and to the Louvre, and a 3-4 minute walk to the neares boulangerie for fresh croissant in the morning. Supermarkets were also 5 min away. In the area of the apartment one could also find many restaurants for a relaxing evening.

Terrific flat with Terrific management in a Beautiful city.

The flat was clean, roomy and so very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and everyone loved the accommodations. The management of Edgar Suites was top notch. Seriously, management always answered our questions promptly, they were super helpful and friendly and overall they made our trip just that much more special. Can't speak highly enough of our stay here in Paris.

Safe location, close proximity to everything, well appointed

The unit itself was great. There was plenty space for our family of five. The neighborhood was in close proximity to transportation, dining and the sweetest bakery across the street. They were so accommodating to our lack of French and had delicious treats for us everyday. The host was always very responsive and helpful. We always felt safe.

No matter what I tried of all the settings the host recommended, I could never get the dryer to dry. It only washed. The common areas of the building are kind of neglected and don't give the best first impression. Once past that, everything is fine. Travel by uber/car can be cumbersome in this area with the one way streets.

Exceptional

Spacious apartment at great location. Half an hour walk to many Paris attractions ( Louvre, Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame...). Close (400m) to metro and bus stations. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with host. Recommended.

The location is perfect for a trip to Paris. Comfortable and spacious apartment close to metro stations ( 10 min walk). All necessities are present, incl. the kitchenware. Very friendly personel.

somewhat expensive for the quality offered. Carpet and couch could be renewed. Extractor hood in kitchen does not work. Front street noisy, so one cannot sleep with windows open in the master bedroom. But this is part of the Paris experience 🤣.

A lovely apartment in a great location, all the main attractions are accessible by a short train ride. Edgar and his flat manager were good communicators, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean with a good little kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

The beds in 2 of the bedrooms were very hard and not very comfortable. The en-suite bedroom’s bed was much better but a very small room but has the benefit of a very cute and decent sized bathroom. The two other bedrooms are very spacious. I would recommend supplying a drying rack to hang wet clothes.

Comfortable stay for 6 adults and 2 children!

Communication was fast and clear. We asked for early check-in and they let us to leave our luggage in the apartment from 11am. For check-in, we messaged the flat manager and she met us at the apartment and gave us the keys. Also we needed late check-out and they agreed to leave our luggage in the apartment until 3pm which was great and helped us to have a great last day in Paris. The kitchen facility was enough for us. The sofa bed in the living room is easy to setup and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is a great bonus. Rooms and living room are spacious. There are few shops close by and a bakery across the street. We used Deliveroo and Uber Eats to order groceries and food and they found the apartment without any problem.

Location is not near to main attractions but we already knew it. We were a big family with children so we used G7 and Uber which are a bit costly. Metro is about 10 minutes walk. The room by the street is a bit noisy so I suggest to use other rooms if you are a light sleeper. Would be nice to have a first-aid kit, one of us had a minor incident and we couldn't find the first-aid kit.

Pleasant

The entrance and the interior stairs are a disaster. Main bedroom is too noisy. Just the deliver you the apartment and there is no help after. Main building door has a problem and we couldn’t get in one day when we back to apartment, no one cares or answer, just after 5 times try and waiting for long time it worked when we pushed the door strongly. the curtains in the living room and main bedroom was not installed properly as it is damaged, the staff promised to solve it but unfortunately they do no thing. In our last day we walked up and found a staff in the apartment which is mean some one entered the apartment while we were sleeping.

Nice place to stay in Paris

Everything was exactly as on pictures. Very comfortable apartment with cozy living room and three bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms what was very convenient. There was all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Check-in and check-out was easy and there was no problem dropping bags off pre-check in. We had excellent communication with the host. Great apartment for great value. Highly recommended.

Excellent.

The apartment was perfect for 5 people. There was cozy living room and three comfortable bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms what was very convenient. The location is great - easy access to all the sightseeing, both by foot and by metro. The good thing was that we could leave our luggage in the apartment, arriving earlier before the check-in time. Communication with the owner was excellent, key’s pick-up process very convenient - it was arranged in advance that the manager would meet us in the appointed time, which we had agreed on. There was also a little surprise waiting for us - delicious sweets, what was very pleasant. There was all the necessary equipment - dishes, cutlery, glasses. Next time I would definitely return again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Maybe the outer corridor in the building was not very polished but it was not a problem for us.

A wonderful spacious cozy apartment in the heart of Paris. In the apartment there is everything you need for a carefree stay, it was in a very clean condition and corresponded to the pictures. The landlord is very friendly, the keys were handed over smoothly and easily. We had a wonderful stay and know already where we are going to stay next time we visit Paris! In this appartment ☺️

Casa carina, ma troppo cara per ciò che offre.

Lo staff é super gentile e il signore che ci ha accolto era davvero carino. La casa ha 3 stanze e due bagni con doccia.

Lo spazio cucina é striminzito e poco attrezzato. Non cé aria condizionata ma per fortuna Parigi era fresca. La zona é cosi così e molto rumorosa di notte, con insonorizzazione pessima. Le scale del condominio sono da rifare.

Appartement spacieux, grandes chambres, tres bonne literie, très bien équipé et bon emplacement central.

Pas de climatisation, pas de volets ou volets inutilisables, manque de finition dans le ménage notamment les fenêtres très sales a l'extérieur.

Estancia agradable y recomendable

Las camas son muy muy cómodas. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está en una buena zona, rodeada de supermercados, pubs, restaurantes y panaderías. Está a tan solo 5 minutos de 3 paradas de metro diferentes.

En la habitación que da a la calle se escucha absolutamente todo, personas hablando por la calle, coches, motos, bicicletas, etc. No está bien insonorizada. Si tienes un sueño ligero, esto es un gran problema.

Paris ist toll und mit Edgar noch toller!!!

Sehr sauber, sehr komfortabel, sehr freundlich. Tolle Gegend, mitten im Pariser Leben. Alles was man braucht fußläufig zu erreichen. Metro in der Nähe, für alles was etwas weiter weg ist(Louvre, Eiffelturm, centre Pompidou...) Es hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen!
