It wasn't clean properly, and if you would book for 13 people it is too small. The entrance door is hard to find, the host should specify it is no. 4 and is a white door. The entrance is really old, and in need of a bit of refurbishment.

Great location if you’re on a budget and don’t mind sleeping in a dirty place.

The location!

It was old, dirty They had pull out beds that were not comfortable The check in process was confusing. You had to walk a block down to get the keys and drop them off. I didn’t like that one of the doors connects with the neighbors so it feels like they are right there in the living room with you. It was hot. They have heaters in the bathroom so make sure you turn them off.

This is not a place for more than 4-5 people - 2 baths and very cramped to get around in bedrooms

Smell of rat pee and smell of dead rats as you walk in and climb the stairs Could see the rats were living under the stairs The summer fans did not work so had to sleep with windows open - busy street that is loud all night long No screens on the windows so everyone bit by mosquitos Could not get enough fans to cool the place down - the unit management did try to get more and tried to fix the AC units

If you don't want to sleep, like dirt & enjoy the company of rats then this is the place for you!

The location was central for our needs, and it was easy to collect the keys however the apartment was not worth the money spent.

The apartment was dirty, and smelled badly of smoke and urine. We later found out the urine smell was from the rat infestation the building had. At night we could hear rats and looked out onto the stairway to find many rats, and the stairs covered in rat faeces and urine. The stairs to enter the property were rotten from rat urine with holes in causing a major health and safety / sanitation issues. The noise from tenants below and the metro / street life was unbearable. The sink in one of the bathrooms did not drain. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. There was no plug in the sink to wash up properly. The pull out beds were dirty, covered in dust, stains and smelled. The apartment downstairs had the light on constantly that shone through a window into our apartment making it difficult to sleep for those in the lounge pull out bed area.

the location was great and the office had personal quite kind

the entrance and the stairs are very dirty and with rats. The apartment was very hot. There is a room without window and ventilation. The kitchen hasn’t basic amenities.

We had a great stay in Paris and the appartment was really big

We were out a lot and enjoyed the fact that everything was close (thanks to a metro station really near)

The internet (WiFi) was poor at best. TV's and remote's didn't work, and the coffee machine was half broken (although still working)

The apartment was really good value for Paris.

Apartment immaculate, incl bathrooms which looked brand new. Plenty of crockery, glass, cups etc although we were only a party of 6. Supermarket and The Tube a couple of mins walk. The agents were really courteous and helpful until we complained about the noise(no response received).

Bedrooms a little small. We were a party of 6 so didn’t require all the pullout beds. If all the beds used the apt would be really cramped. 2of the 3 bedrooms street facing so noisy all the time. 3bedroom no window=no ventilation and very warm. The guest in the adjoining apartment were very noisy coming in at 3am. There is only a locked door between the 2 apartments so it sounded as if they were in our lounge. Portable air conditioning not very effective. Though it was about 16c outside the apartment was uncomfortably warm.

1/ l'emplacement en centre-ville avec beaucoup d'option en métro. 2/ Simon employé à l'Urban Flat au 9, rue du Caire qui gère l'appartement. Gentillesse, Compétence et Disponibilité. 3/ salles de bains propre et refaite

Ben, je risque d'oublier des choses mais commençons: 1/ Nous avions loué l'appartement pour 13 personnes mais c'est au maximum pour 10 (mais le propriétaire nous accepte à 13). 2/ 7 chaises en tout et pour tout, on c'est assis sur le canapé du salon et sur les tables de chevet des chambres. 3/ la plaque de cuisson (au moins un feu) quand on l'allume fait disjoncté l'appartement. 4/ ustensiles de cuisine toujours pour 13: 3 petites cuillères, 10 fourchettes, 5 verres, etc etc Simon le concierge l'a lui-même constaté (il a été en acheter chez le gifi du coin). Les casseroles et poêles toutes bonnes à etre changer. 5/ la télé ne fonctionnait pas 6/ la serrure de la porte d'entree était dans un piteux état 7/ lattes cassées ou manquantes sur les lits d'appoint Etc etc moi et mes ami(e)s avons pris des photos que nous ne manquerons pas d'envoyer au propriétaire s'il veut des preuves.

Parigi e Disneyland

Ottima posizione, fermata metro a 150 mt. Abbiamo dormito in 7 adulti e 6 bambini senza particolari problemi. Si sta un po’ stretti, ma niente di preoccupante. Ci sono 3 bagni con docce comode ma solo 2 dotati di wc. Dall’ appartamento si arriva a disneyland in 45 minuti con metro+RER

La pulizia è decisamente da migliorare. Tre stanze da letto hanno finestra sulla strada principale con conseguenti rumori notturni che comunque si attenuano con le finestre chiuse. Una stanza, i bagni e tutto il soggiorno sono senza finestre, per questo la casa risulta molto calda ed è difficile il ricambio d’aria. La cosa peggiore sono le scale d’accesso al pianerottolo dell’appartamento: strette e maleodoranti posizionate vicino ai cassonetti dell’immondizia.
