The rooms were clean, there were supermarkets, restaurants, subways and even a laundry next to the apartment

There were not enough tea mugs and no wine glasses in the apartment , No napkins and toilet paper were not enough for 11 people

Everything you need for a large group in Paris!

We chose this property for its location and its ability to host a large group - and it met those expectations perfectly. Each apartment had four bedrooms, with two to three beds in each, making it ideal for accommodating us. The return of the security deposit was also prompt, and the team kindly informed us of items left behind.

At the very start of the booking process, our party faced the possibility of having to travel on a different weekend. While I fully appreciate that the listing clearly stated no cancellations, I had made my request less than 24 hours after booking and almost 9 months in advance. I had hoped for a little more flexibility in approach, but unfortunately the communication from Lisa felt abrupt, and I often found myself chasing for updates. For that reason, I would certainly advise future guests to be 100% committed before confirming their booking. Finally, a couple of small but practical points: both apartments only had one key each, which was challenging to coordinate across 20 people, and a few more glasses would have been really helpful.

Apartment is acceptable given the price, the experience with the booking team isn’t great

It has space for a big group and some thought has been put into the finishings, however…

It didn’t feel very clean, the flat definitely is in need of a deep clean for damp marks, nooks and corners in the bathroom and bedrooms. The reservation team is very bad. On our way to the apartment I phoned to ask for the code and was told my apartment wasn’t available for the first evening. Despite the fact that I booked three months in advance. We were put in another flat for the first night and had to pack up and move after that

Wonderful for the family.

This place fit our family of five very well and it was very easy getting in and out and also using the elevator. Pretty damn cool place for sure

There were a couple little things that were weird but fixable. The layout of the main room. The toilet seats were very loose. The garbage can didn’t work with the garbage bag.

Good location, apartment needs upgrade.

The location was great. Bag drop facility was great. Beds were really comfortable. Lots of towels were supplied. Staff were friendly on arrival.

Storage in the bedrooms was non-existent in 2 of the rooms and in the other 2, only very limited hanging space. No drawers in any of the bedrooms and no mirrors in any of the bedrooms either. Only one set of keys was supplied.between 5 people, which wasn't convenient. I would recommend supplying minimum 2 sets especially as the apartment can sleep approx. 12 people. The smoke alarm was missing, which we made the agency aware of immediately along with the air conditioning unit in a bedroom needing a new filter. Neither of these problems were addressed during our stay of 4 nights.

Great location, but needs some TLC

Rooms were a good size, reception were very responsive to an issue when we first arrived.

The apartment lacked full length mirrors, there was no full length mirror in the whole apartment which was a real miss. The apartment also needed hanging facilities in each room, some rooms had nowhere to hang clothes. I also felt that in areas the apartment was needed some TLC, a cracked sink, burn marks on the floor, broken coffee tables - the price was reasonable but I think it was but it just lacked the touches to make it great value for money.

Great spot for a large group with great location!

Great space and accomdatwd the 10 of us comfortably on a family trip. Entrance was secure and easy to manage. Nice welcome gift left for us (water, wine, biscuits, coffee pods) location was very handy to move around Paris, right beside the metro station. Great drinks and food spot right around the corner, Cafe Capitol with great staff. Staff for apartment extremely helpful and available through WhatsApp for any issues. Definitley would consider booking again for the large group it was great.

Smell coming from bathroom was very strong. It would mellow out after numerous showers in the morning but would come back strong again. Location outside apartment was okay but the street over it was a bit grim, typical city street.

Perfect vacation

Apartment in the perfect location, in a very quiet street. We were 4 families, 9 persons, was more than enough space to accommodate all of us. Strongly recommend for big groups that want to stay together.

You have to pay for early check-in, but that's the rules, no complaints.

the hot water for 8 people shower makes us shower in two batches, but thats the only remark that we can make, thank You for the good service.

BAD ORGANIZATION

THE FLAT IS VERY BEAUTIFUL

THE ORGANIZATION WAS TERRIBLE THEY CHANGE US FLAT AFTER TWO NIGHTS AND THEY WANTED US TO LEAVE THE LUGGAGE IN THE URBAN FLAT OFFICE BUT WE HAD ALL THE FOOD IN THE FRIDGE. CHANGE FLAT IS NOT LIKE CHANGE ROOM. WE LOST 1 DAY IN PARIS TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND WE HAD NO TIME TO VISIT LA TOUR EIFFEL UPSTAIRS. THEY RUINED OUR STAY IN PARIS AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS URBAN FLAT OFFICE LOOKED US LIKE POOR FOOL. YOU PAYED BEFORE WITHOUT REFUND AND THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH YOUR BOOKING. IT'S NOT SERIOUS

Overall a good stay

We were in 9 people and the apartment was spacious and big enough for all of us. the location in II Arrondissment allowed us to walk to many places instead of taking the metro

Sehr empfehlenswert - sehr nahe am Zentrum, Metro ~50m, sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Unterkunft war ideal für unsere Gruppe (6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder bzw. Jugendliche). Die 4 Schlafzimmer hatten sehr bequeme Betten. Beide Badezimmer waren prima in Ordnung und auch die Handtücher waren gute Qualität und sauber.

La literie était très correcte, l'emplacement est pratique. Le design est sympa. la réactivité de l'agence est agréable, même si la communication a été compliquée.

Attention la consigne pour garder vos bagages est payante (5 euros/valise, 3 euros/sac). Le spam de sms, mails et whatsapp est considérable avant votre arrivée. On a demandé un mois en avance s'il était possible d'avoir des duvets simples pour les lits doubles, on nous a laissé entendre que c'était possible pour ne rien nous redire avant l'arrivée - aucun duvet simple n'était présent. (ils ne renvoient pas les effets oubliés sur place) L'odeur d'égoûts dans l'appartement. Le lave-vaisselle sale et mal odorant. Il manquait 4 oreillers pour les lits du salon que nous avons eu pour la 3e nuits Le papier WC n'est pas laissé en suffisance (4 rouleaux pour 15 pour une semaine)

Tolle Lage, aber die Wohnung braucht dringend ein Make over, für mehr als 8 Personen schwierig.

Tolle Lage direkt neben der Metro-Station, genügend warmes Wasser zu Duschen (bei 13 Personen schon wichtig)

Nur sehr unzureichende Küchenausstattung, Kochen war nur mit viel „Tricksen“ möglich. Sanitäre Anlagen (Toiletten, Waschbecken) nicht ganz sauber bzw. Abflüsse verstopft, das Wasser floss im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Gerne etwas mehr Geschirr: wenn die Wohnung für 15 Personen ausgewiesen ist, sollte auch entsprechend viel Geschirr und Besteck da sein. Wir waren 13 Personen und mussten ziemlich improvisieren. Gerne mehr Ablage- und Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Kleider. Leider waren Lampen kaputt und wurden trotz umgehender Reklamation während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (3Tage) nicht repariert.

Tesisin etrafında çok sayıda market vb var. Asansör vardı. Konuma metro duraklarına çok yakın

Çıkış yaparken bulaşıkları yıkayıp çıkmamızı istediler fakat bulaşık makinesi çalışmıyordu. Odalardan iki tanesi arka ara boşluğa bakıyor o yüzden biraz karanlık ve arka taraftaki restoranlardan yemek kokuları geliyor. Sabun yoktu.
