Location was excellent being close to Metro Station Goncourt, having a washing machine was handy, with a convenient laundromat around the corner for drying (€1 for 8 mins), great for 2 Adults but 2 + 1 teenager was a bit cosy for us. It was warm and secure, and close to a local super market for self catering.
We would have liked info on tv, ( yes, someone previous to us stole the remote), hot water (really a small tank for 3 persons), and there could be an update in kitchen utensils. A nice touch would have been to provide some coffee pods and laundry powder, enough for 1 day or 1 wash.

The house decoration need to be improved, check out time is too early at 10 in the morning, the luggage storage should be free og charge instead of 20 eur.

We kuked the most location, because the publik transpot was very good. There was enough hot water and lot of choices to go restaurants and shopping.
The biggest bed was uncomfortable, it seemed like it had been jumped on a lot because the suspensioonina was broken. We missed a sharp knife and scissors.
