Ideal place for families to stay with bunk beds and nice kitchen. Be aware there are lots of stairs

Great location, easy to find and access the apartment from public transportation. The housekeeper Katherin was very warm and friendly as we were leaving 🙂

As 2 families having a 1 night layover during international travel, it would have been nice to be left a bar of soap in the WC.

Okay location and spacious, but on 4th floor with no elevator. Also quite dirty!

Location was the main thing going for this flat. Easy walking distance to supermarkets, Metro, etc. With modest luggage it would be an okay walk to Gare du Nord / Est, but a short-ish taxi ride otherwise. Reasonably spacious for a Paris city-centre location.

The apartment was quite dirty on our arrival - there were even some unwashed towels and bedsheets present! The floors, shower and tables were dirty when we arrived. There is absolutely no storage space for guests' things - the owners have used every square cm of space in the place. The bunk in the middle room was missing some wooden slats so was very uncomfortable. There is no fan so the flat became quite stuffy in the hot weather, meaning all the windows needed to be open overnight. Had I read previous reviews, I would have noted that the apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator - as it was, that was an unwelcome surprise! As mentioned in previous reviews - the 'lounge' area has nowhere comfortable to sit - only hard chairs.

A great place but some not so great experiences.

The property truly sits in an amazing spot, just next to Place de la Republic. Property is great. I just have the feeling it is one of these places that you just feel that the owners could just put a bit more attention to it and the experience would feel amazing. Not this time, I was travelling with my two teenage boys, so the advertised 3 bedrooms was the appeal, we turn up and we found a double bed and one bunks made, not the third bedroom. Pointing it out to the owners and I was told that I hadn't explained what we wanted. Sorry but I guess I am the customer. Also, some other things they could improve on, towels two bath towels and one hand towel for 3 people, put a TV in the place and a spare roll of toilet paper would be appreciated.

Spacious apartment, great location, close to food places & a tube station

Very spacious and secure apartment, comfortable beds for a good night sleep, WiFi, great central location to see the city, a few minutes walk to a McDonald's, Burger king, KFC Halal food and the tube station which is connected to lots of different lines. Lots of landmarks within walking distance including Notre Dame & Louvre (30mins with a small child) Was everything we needed for a short stay, we didn't expect to stay indoors as we were in the city to explore, so for that reason it was excellent, we had no issues or hassle, hence no need to contact the host.

Although it did not bother us and won't to most, just something to be aware of (this is not a negative it is just for your information) 4 flights if stairs, not steep but approximately 75. No soft seating like a sofa (I may be mistaken as there was something stored in the bedroom which we were reluctant to open up and move, there were tables and chairs) No microwave (was an oven and pots,pans dishes etc) No TV (was a music system although we didn't use it) On street parking was expensive (just across the street is private parking with a security guard, speak to the office & negotiate a price, we found it very reasonable in comparison €25 per night)

I stayed for one hour, booked into a hotel so the children could have a comfortable bed

the location

we booked for 2 adults and 2 children. There was only one bed made up, I looked everywhere for bedding and couldn’t find it. also, it is not a commercial property, it is someone’s home! on one of the bunk beds it had a post it note saying “no thanks” clearly a child who didn’t want anyone sleeping in their bed. very unwelcoming and uncomfortable

Great location for Paris getaway

they have put their stuff all around the property . no kitchen rolls in kitchen. bed sheets and all are not really in good condition all mostly used and very old . floor was not properly cleaned.

Excellent location, perfect. Good sized rooms. Clean. Very quiet as all rooms face away from the street.

Too cluttered with owners' belongings on almost every surface. No room to hang clothes etc. Poor lighting except kitchen and hall. No comfortable seating - all hard chairs. Poor quality bedding, especially pillows. No lift.

Great location but wouldn't stay again.

Positive- great location, clean, spacious

Having to be the at a certain time to collect the keys was problematic with paris traffic. There is no private parking like as stated. Not allowed to use wine glasses! No kettle. No ceiling lights- only small dim lamps. Very cluttered with owners belongings. Glass cabinet with womens underwear in it! Nowhere to put/hand own clothes. Toys everywhere but children instructed not to play with it- torture and difficult for young children to understand. h traffic in Paris

10/10 pour les personnes qui cherchent un appartement bien situé pour visiter et découvrir Paris

La proximité avec tout. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Il y a un métro à 3 minutes de l’appartement (un métro qui est d’ailleurs à quelques stations du centre de Paris), présence de nombreux fastfood, petits magasins etc. L’appartement est relativement grand, les alentours sont très calmes. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon (par rapport à d’autres appartement que j’ai pu voir sur Paris..) Il y a 2 portes avec un code et une caméra au dessus de la porte d’entrée, on se sent donc en “sécurité” en y séjournant.

Les 2 PETITS points négatifs sont le manque d’un canapé dans le salon, et mauvais éclairage de certaines pièces (2-3 ampoules étaient grillées mais dans chaque pièce il y avait des lampes donc il y avait quand même un éclairage)
