Excellent location, quiet, clean and comfortable appartment.

Great location and ample bedrooms for 9 people. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. Easy to get into it. Instructions were very clear for access and the team were great on checking all was okay when we arrived.

Minor niggles, some plugs need fixing. Lack of seal on one of the showers so water went on the floor.

Not very clean but good location

The location was perfect! Right next to a metro and great restaurants and shops nearby

The cleanliness & safety. When we arrived the dishwasher hadn’t been set off from the previous guests and was still dirty. The shower floors were slimy and im not sure when they had been cleaned last. The bed covers and pillow cases had stains on them and hairs and multiple people woke up with bites after sleeping. We had 1 towel each , no hand towels, 1 tea towel which was dirty. There was no soap available. The whole place just felt a bit dirty and not as nice as the photos made it look. We also had an ant infestation in the kitchen that was around an hour after we had arrived (we had no food in so not sure where they came from). The front door lock was very loose and looked like it needed replacing. there were not enough plates, cups or cutlery available for everyone staying. I feel like i have been generous with the rating.

Good value apartment for a big group.

Location is a plus. Very close to Metro and bus station. Located on a bigger road, easy access to the apartment. Restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores are within walking distance. The area is safe and not too crowded. Clear check in instructions.

Furniture and fixtures are worn, time to replace because they appear dirty (especially the living room carpet and the sofa bed). Other than that, everything else functioning well for our short short stay.

Dissapointed by customer service but apartment was nice except that.

Apartment is big and good location.

It was only 19 degrees in apartment, we tried to contact customer service, but they didnt have anybody come and then ignored our messages. They have only mirrors, which heats but it didnt help and apartment was so cold. There wasnt any soap etc.in bathrooms.

The area is good for families or people wanting a more local feel

The location is close to Temple and Republic train stations which is super convenient. The area is more local people versus tourist. The door access was no problem. The 3.5 baths was great for a big group. The facility was clean and up to date. There were plenty of linens.

The view outside all the windows wasn't great. It made you want to keep the curtains shut, which gives it a "dark" feel. Could use more pillows. There were no hangers, we purchased from the store down the street.

não gostei do facto de não avisarem antecipadamente da caução que somos obrigados a dar ante de entrar, só nos deram essa indicação em cima da hora de check-in e o telemóvel que está associado á conta do alojamento no Booking não é o correto logo ficamos na rua sem qualquer apoio, senão fosse a porteira do prédio a ajudar provavelmente teríamos de arranjar outra alternativa, pois o telemóvel que está no Booking diz não atribuído e as mensagens enviadas levam tempo a serem respondidas pelo anfitrião , o barulho do aquecimento de água é constante e incomoda imensamente o descanso á noite

Un agréable séjour dans un appartement où le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur

L'appartement est très bien situé, tout proche de la Place de la République, au fond d'une cour. Il est donc très calme. Il est propre, plutôt bien aménagé, équipé de quelques produits de base dans la cuisine, ce qui facilite un séjour de très courte durée (un we pour nous, en l'occurence).

Malheureusement, dommage que certains équipements dysfonctionnent : un lave-vaisselle qui ne sèche pas, une lampe de chevet qui ne marche pas, une literie qui mériterait d'être changée, des parois de douche qui sortent de leurs rails. A peine assez équipé pour 10 personnes (que 9 chaises !)

Skønt placering men der er behov for at lave en opstrammer på køkken alrummet, da det er virkelig slidt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Soveværelser og badeværelser er fine.

Billedet som er på forsiden af fællesrummet er ikke sandt. Gamle og beskidte gardiner, slidte stole, hvor flere af dem ikke stod stabilt. Ødelagt tæppe i kanterne og synligt beskidt. Opvaskemaskine med gamle madrester i og en pyntekant forneden ved køkkenskabene faldet af. Mega ærgerligt at der ikke er blevet lavet den sidste finish af lejligheden, da det er en dejlig lejlighed med en super placering. Med kort varsel fik vi nye lampe pærer i på det ene af badeværelset, da den ene ikke virkede og den anden blinkede - igen få styr på detaljerne!!

Angenehemer Aufenthalt in einem trendigen Quartier.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in einem beliebten Quartier, trotzdem war es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klein, wie in Paris üblich, doch es war für alle neuen Personen genügend Platz vorhanden. Angenehm, die Bett- und Badwäsche war grosszügig bemessen und die Küche gut eingerichtet.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble avec les restrictions évoquées.

En premier lieu l’emplacement ainsi que les 3 salles d’eau.

La literie plutôt défectueuse et de ne pas avoir pu utiliser le lave vaisselle étant 10 personnes pour les repas ainsi que le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine.
