Central, affordable, and comfortable

Very centrally located, clean, and comfortable mini apartment in Paris. This place has everything you would need for even a longer stay. Given the location, it is affordable. Getting into the apartment was smooth and when I had a question to the host it was answered quickly

The apartment is located on a busy street and therefore at some points during the night there were some short instances of noises. This was not a problem for us, and we expected it since the apartment was so centrally located. However if you are very sensitive to noises, take this into account

It was fine

The location is good, the bed was comfortable, the room was stylish. All the doors were accessed via codes, it was nice not having to carry the keys. The building has an elevator which is nice

Despite being on floor 2, you can still hear the subway go by under the building. The bathroom has poor ventilation and smells like mildew. Booking . Com says this place has a front desk- it does NOT.

Great location in the middle of the 9th arrondismant, good quality for money.

Great location - walking to Montmartre, a lot of great breakfast-lunch-dinner options around… Clean safe rooms (not that large but normal for a capital), good bed, good shower. All code-based impersonal check in - worked well.

Tidy apartment but noisy

Studio room with kitchenette and mini fridge to store snacks and drinks

There is no reception onsite meaning no luggage storage, you will need to use a bag minding service. There is a lot of codes to get into the building. Noise from the metro and the restaurant next to the apartments turns into a pub with loud noise/music on the weekend until after about 1.30am. No air conditioning, just a fan above the bed which was again noisy. Would not recommend for a solo traveller

Clean & spacious flat

Spacious little flat that was perfect for my family of three. Very clean, comfortable furniture. The kitchen has enough things to cook up a small meal. There is no reception on site, but we had no trouble getting in or out. The location is great with lots of good restaurants around.

We stayed here in summer and it was quite hot inside. There is no air-conditioning, there are two fans but they can only do so much. There are large windows and leaving them open helped a bit. But opening the windows means you're letting in all the noise -- including loud thumping music from nearby establishments.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. TERRIBLE!!!!

Nothing Do not choose this hotel while you are visiting Paris. Otherwise this will ruin your whole trip. We have complained to Booking, but still not get a refund now. This is my first and worst comment in Booking!

My and my families’s experiences were extremely disappointing due to the following serious issues: 1. The bed linens were clearly not changed prior to our arrival – they had visible hair on them, indicating poor hygiene practices. 2. There were fleas in the bed. We killed three, and there were more. My father was bitten multiple times on his arm, and it was very uncomfortable. 3. All of us felt extremely itchy when lying on the beds, leading us to strongly suspect that the sheets were never replaced. 4. The listing claimed this was a 2-bedroom apartment. In reality, there was only one proper bedroom. The second “bedroom” was just a bed placed in the kitchen, which is completely misleading. Due to the above reasons — especially the presence of fleas and the serious health risks posed to my family — I am requesting a full refund of the booking amount. Until now, almost a week, I still don’t get a refund from them.

Very enjoyable stay in a clean and modern apartment.

We loved the location - it was close to the metro stations and to lots of cafes and shops, and seemed like a nice, clean, friendly area. We also loved how modern the apartment was. We appreciated the kitchen area and utensils too.

The only thing that was missing was some kind of sofa or lounge chair. We tended to use the single bed for this which wasn’t ideal as the bed was used at night by my son. A TV in that room would also be ideal. It’s a shame that the apartment doesn’t let much natural light in as we didn’t know what the weather was like until We left the apartment! But I guess that’s the nature of the location.

Near every monument

It’s really well located, we arrived at almost every monument walking which made the experience so much better, theres a lot of places to eat nearby and the security is really good, i went with my sister and for women it is excellent, especially if it is your first time there it is easy to make check in and out

Super locatie, makkelijk te lopen naar alle highlights. Mooie ingerichte studio.

Super locatie, in een hele leuke buurt met allemaal leuke restaurants, cafés en winkels. Dicht in de buurt van het station en halfuurtje lopen naar het Louvre. We hebben hierdoor het ov niet hoeven gebruiken. Studio was mooi en stijlvol ingericht met alle faciliteiten.

Kleine studio, maar erg mooi. Geschikt voor een paar nachten, niet te lang. Geen personeel aanwezig.

On a l'impression d'être tantôt dans une station de métro, tantôt dans la rue tellement c'est mal insonorisé. Par ailleurs, 3 codes différents à entrer systématiquement, pour accéder à l'hébergement, c'est lassant.

Apartament był idealny na weekendowy city break. Miął wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy - ręczniki, czajnik, kubki i suszarka. Lokalizacja była naprawdę super i czułyśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie. Wnętrze przyjemne dla oka.

Localização excelente. Segurança e fácil acesso ao metrô.

Banheiro estava com o box quebrado, sem porta. Banheiro não tinha janela e nem sistema de exaustão. Cofre estava bloqueado e não pude utilizar. O estúdio é bem pequeno mesmo, e para encontrar pelo Maps não foi simples.

Spot confortable pour dormir au coeur de Paris.

Situation géographique. Le détail par photos de l'accès à l'appartement.

L'insonorisation est à revoir. Les trois codes d'accès ne sont pas nécessaires. La fenêtre est trop grande, il faut monter sur le lit pour la fermer sans coincer le rideau (je fais 1m 60). Il manque une lumière proche du lit pour la personne qui dort près du mur. Le nécessaire de cuisine se limite à faire réchauffer seulement (une plaque de cuisson). Ne pas pouvoir dissocier certains points de lumière n'est pas très judicieux. L'ascenseur est vraiment petit.
