We arrived at the hotel quite late after traveling from Amsterdam, and we were tired from the journey. However, the young gentleman who welcomed us at reception greeted us with such a warm smile and genuine hospitality. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but I remember that he spoke Arabic, which made the welcome even more special. His kindness and warm reception immediately made us forget the tiredness of our journey. From check-in to check-out, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. We travel frequently to Asian countries and are accustomed to the great variety of breakfast options commonly offered in Asian hotels. Of course, we understand that breakfast in Europe is different, but what stood out to us here was the quality of the service and the warm hospitality of the staff. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for making us feel welcome. We would be very happy to return in the future.
