    i have been in many 5 star hotels and i rarely got the same level of help and pure kindness i have received at Richepanse my eurostar trip was cancelled and the hotel helped me to move my reservation and was extremely flexible throughout the process they were also very kind with my 2 french bulldogs, we found bowls and a little bed for them in the room the room was very bright and spacious (a rarity in Paris) and the bathroom was very beautiful soo close to everything we needed and to the main spots thank you again to the staff and we hope to see you soon fulvia and Ian

    The perfect location for a weekend in Paris. This hotel is clean, modern, rooms equipped with everything you could need and super close to metro, plus lots of attractions are very walkable.

    My family would like to express our deep appreciation to Mr Flavio for his dedication and professionalism early this morning (29th Nov). My daughter had a severe bout of food poisoning and was throwing up. Mr Flavio took our call in the middle of the night (about 1am) and on our request, help us to find a doctor to come to the hotel at short notice. He also constantly check in on the well-being of my daughter, asking if we needed coke or water. Other staffs are also friendly. Will highly recommend the hotel.
