The location Is perfect, the apartment Is really nice, there is no elevator but the stairs are ok, there is everything you need and the staff answers quickly.
Maybe the sofa bed makes lot of noise and you can hear different noises from outside, but I slept well so didn't mind so much!

The location was quite good. The metro was very close to our place of stay. Everything we needed was there, the utenstils, the hairdryer, the iron.... we had some coffee with some biscuits ready for us! Each person got their own shampoo, body gel, etc... so nice! The sheets were good and clean.
The process of getting into the hotel is very easy. Overall quite good :)
For the price, the hotel was everything we expected!
The windows were so hard to use! Had to use so much strength so open one. The AC is okay, but works in a weird way, sometimes it worked, sometimes it would randomly stop working. The sofa was dirty, could use some serious cleaning....;(
Would be nice to have some tea as well, not just coffee.

Good location, unit was very clean and had extra towels and toiletries supplied. The WiFi worked well.

The staff were friendly initially but then quite dismissive when we told them we were given a room different to what we’d booked
There was blood on the pillows, the doorknob was broken and the flush for the toilet and the room we were given was not what we booked. We booked an apartment with separate bedroom and got a studio apartment so we had our 19 month old in the room with us
