Wouldn’t stay here again.
The staff were friendly initially but then quite dismissive when we told them we were given a room different to what we’d booked
There was blood on the pillows, the doorknob was broken and the flush for the toilet and the room we were given was not what we booked. We booked an apartment with separate bedroom and got a studio apartment so we had our 19 month old in the room with us

The property was very cosy with everything I needed. Shower pressure was really good. Hosts were very nice. They accommodated to our baby by providing us with a cot. Bed is very comfortable.
No lift and we were placed on the 4th floor which was an inconvenience especially with a baby.

Beware of this company. If you look closely at the photos you will notice that there are multiple units shown and it is not one apartment as you might initially think. We were excited for our stay because we liked the location and had seen a number of positive reviews for this apartment but we ended up having a very poor experience due to the management companies lies and incompetence, here is what happened.
Before our arrival there was almost no communication from the apartment about our booking, only an automated confirmation message that they had received our booking for 3 rue chenier. The day before our arrival while at the airport I messaged the management on WhatsApp and they informed me they were unable to find our booking, even though I provided them with the address, our name, the confirmation number, all relevant information etc.
After much back and forth they told me they had finally located our reservation but it had been hard to find because the apartment we had booked had water and electricity problems, mind you they must have already known this well beforehand and did nothing to notify us. In retrospect this is when my bullshit detector first started to go off. After telling us the unit was unavailable they offered us an “upgrade”, all the same amenities but a better apartment is how they phrased it, for no additional cost which we accepted because we had just flown for 15 hours and it was 6pm and we had no other options. The new unit was in the same neighborhood but blocks away from What we had booked.
Upon seeing the unit we realized it was much smaller, had no terrace, or dining room table, no air conditioning, no working wifi, and the tv was not connected to the wifi so it didn’t work at all. Although we were not happy, we did not have any other options in the moment as it was late in the day and we were exhausted from travel so we accepted the apartment after they reassured us they would fix the tv and the wifi promptly.
The dishonesty from management, the lack of amenities we paid for, the lack of response to all the problems with the unit, being given a different property from what we had paid for with no advance notice and no change in fee.

OK apartment, but the description clearly stated one bedroom and one lounge room - but it was a studio with a very small sofa bed as the second bed.

Big double bed, good location, safe and close to centre.
Overpriced, too small room for 3 persons. Check out is at 10:00 am - too early. First time seen this. There was an option to check out later by paying extra money, however, even that wasn’t available.

So many things. The worst one being that there was mold in the wall and the shower. We didn’t stay in the apartment as this is toxic. It looks like it’s been a while since they last took care of it. It doesn’t look like in the photos. The location is sketchy. The service started out really good and turned really bad. They contacted us early to prepare for our stay but then when we raised the issue of mold they didn’t help. I followed up after and they said they refunded cleaning fees but they didn’t.

Comfy mattress!
The pictures are quite deceiving. Room is a lot smaller, unclean and needs revamping.
For starters our bed had no headboard, even though the pictures included one. Only two pillows were provided, two completely different sizes. Wallpaper/plastering was ripping off the walls. Handles missing to the wardrobe and parts/planks in the kitchen broken. The door to the room is also a pain to unlock, you have to pull the door firmly in order for the key to fully turn to unlock the door. Took us around 5 minutes just to figure out how to unlock it.
The room was most definitely not clean, marks all over the walls and cabinets. The cutlery was dirty so we had to re-wash everything before use. The shower had mould all over it, the smell of the mould was also uncomfortable. The toilet seat was not screwed on properly. Just not clean whatsoever. My family stayed in a room opposite us and it had a strong fish smell for their whole stay. We tried to air it out but it would just come back.
In terms of location, just as a mention it’s around a busy street full of clubs and prostitutes. Something to keep in mind. And our room was overlooked by loads of apartments so we couldn’t open our blinds for our whole stay due to privacy reasons.
Hate having to write a bad review as this is a first for me, but the rooms really need cleaning and revamping.

Great location
Perfect location nice building, save area. Clean place. You can walk everywhere no need to use the subway.
The only thing is i booked for 3 and texted them to prepare the place for 3 persons (2adults, 1child). And it was anyway for just 2 persons. Only 2 towels, 2 pillows, 1 bed. That i really didnt like. So i went down for extra towel they had no pillow, told me to come next day, but we were there only for 2 nights.
Otherwise was eveything ok.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience.
The whole building was covered in paper and fresh paint, and the smell was so strong that it was hard to breathe. Every time we went in and out of the apartment, our clothes got covered in white dust from the paint.
The room itself was also disappointing. It wasn't clean and definitely didn't match the description. There was mold in the shower head, and the toilet didn't flush properly, making us wait 20 minutes every time we used it.
Overall, it was a pretty bad stay and will not recommend it.

I would say that this is a pretty good property. But I don't think its fair to pay this much for it.
The location is really good. Even though its pretty central - there is no noise on the streets, it was peaceful. Metro stations very close. Also we you will be in the area - there is a very nice bakery called BO&MIE, stunning croissants. There is nice curtains, that cut out all light - I slept very well. Also, there is a small shop just 2 minutes by walk that works until 2 am which was very convenient. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, and overall the apartment had everything you need, including shower essentials. Additionally, the girl who was welcoming us was pretty nice and gladly gave us some capsules for the washing machine. Overall, women working in the office - were very welcoming and nice. Always smiling and being helpful. But :)
First of all, the person that was making photos - needs to get a raise, it looks much bigger then it actually is. But I guess its a very common thing for this type of accommodation.
Second of all - black mold in the shower. This is not okay and it has to be cleaned, if it reappears.
Third of all and the worst one - the entrance of the house. I guess if you are reading this review for your future trip - it's not very relevant to you - since it has probably already ended. But It has been under full renovation the entire time we were there. And it was horrible. First there was dust, that obviously entered our apartment as well, since we were walking through it. My jeans, my sneakers and everything that touched the walls - was grey every single time :) Then there were workers, who we had to jungle around with to enter or leave the building since they were using ladders on the stairs. And the cherry on top - for the last two days there was the horrible smell of paint. That apparently no one actually cared about, since my mom was the one opening windows at the stairs to at least try to get some fresh air. Imagine walking down the stairs with two suitcases and being covered in fresh paint if you slightly touch the wall :)
To sum up - I don't think its fair to ask this kind of money while you have renovations - the host could've at least given us some "Sorry for the inconvenience" thing. But in reality - we were just coldly informed that it will end next week, just in time for us to leave haha.

Sweet spot in Paris
Good Location. Walked to Louvre and Nortre Dam and 3 mins walk to metro for Eiffel Tower. Beds comfortable. Clothes washer was very handy. Sharp knives in small but well appointed kitchen. The fold out couch was comfortable for our teens. Was tight but we all fit. Heaters worked great and so did the super hot water tank (nice after being out in the cold all day). Restaurants all around and grocery stores too.
Black mold in shower (just needs a bit more attention to cleaning), dishwasher didn't clean the dishes, and apartment was on 3rd floor (that is 4th for us Americans without a lift). Seriously pack light bc there was 60 stairs.

the window in the bedroom faced 3 grey dull walls, one sporting a broken window and all window sills had bird poo all over. could leave windo open incase birds came in. hottest week of the year an could open windows, not like that would of made a difference.
I appreciate that it’s an old building but there was no air con, and o my 2 fans were providing which weren’t great.
fridge was smelly, and had to be cleaned by us. managed to get rid of a bit of the smell but it lingered for the entirety of our stay- also fridge wasn’t very Cold.
living room- had a couch bed, wasn’t big enough for a couch bed couldn’t move when it was out.
overall the apartment wasn’t big enough for 4 people. definitely needs to be changed to state this. I would stay here again for the above reasons

The other bed is a sofa bed which is soft, squeaky and you can feel the springs when you sleep. Finally, remember that the door slams from the outside if you forget to take the key with you. It cost me 120 Euro. So it ended up costing me 782 euros for a 2 night stay. I will not choose this place again due to high price.

The space is amazing! It is a large apartment with plenty of space for our family. Additionally the location is wonderful, close to the Metro.
We had a small issue with the dishwasher having some mildew. I will also add that the staff was quick to respond and fix the issue.

We enjoyed staying at this well equipped small flat 25 minutes walk from Gare du Nord.
It was easy to find the building and we were met promptly by one of the hosts who was based next door. The only problem on arrival was a lack of enough mugs and a visit next door immediately solved that. The flat was close to where we needed to be and well equipped. We were helped with advice on nearby shops. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable and the shower excellent. WiFi worked fine.
1. There are two main rooms: perhaps visitors coming in a party of 4 should know that the WC is off the living room (with the sofa bed) while the bathroom is off the bedroom.
2. In changing the number of visitors it was a bit cumbersome having to go via Booking.com.
