Good location, clean, easy to access with well equipped kitchen and A/C. Staff were helpful and available and provided luggage storage if required.
Some steps into the room depending on what floor you are on. The young man assisted me with bringing up my luggage but be aware there is no lift.

Location was good to do things around.
There was a noise the whole time coming from the aircon or something on that wall. Every 3-5 minutes and during the night it was a bit annoying

Excellent location, perfect cleanliness, sufficient towels provision and exceptional customer service by the staff.
The outdoor noise can be heard at all times. Not within the hotel’s control with the noise. The phone contact provided is always not answered.

The staff were friendly initially but then quite dismissive when we told them we were given a room different to what we’d booked
There was blood on the pillows, the doorknob was broken and the flush for the toilet and the room we were given was not what we booked. We booked an apartment with separate bedroom and got a studio apartment so we had our 19 month old in the room with us
