Utterly appalling. ! They take your money and run ! No one available to speak to

Communication from the host and booking.com was appalling . I had serious issues I needed to address with the host and the agents and was unable to . This property is disgraceful and is not being described accurately. We had prostitutes working from the building , leaving the security door tied back to allow punters to access the building . We were asked to keep this door closed at all times yet the prostitutes had the freedom and the back up from local shopkeepers to sit in the doorway of the apartment and tout for business . We asked the prositutes to close the door and not sit in the doorway , they were abusive and called the shopkeeper next door to speak to us ! The beds were small , the equipment was broken and faulty . Leaking shower , broken microwave , dirty apartment , faulty hairdryer, when used the electricity surged ! The hosts would not answer or reply to any calls or messages as they were enjoying their own celebrations/holiday and were unavailable until after we had vacated. Our family had travelled from USA and Uk to stay at this property and it was shameful . I would never recommend this property and I seriously think you should withdraw it from your site .

Good but a bit small for big groups

Great location, metro station 2 minutes from the apartment, supermarket nearby. Nice apartment with an original theme and decoration.

We are a big family group of 12 and it was a little small for us, not enough chairs or common areas to be together, and it has only two bathrooms. The internet conexión is really slow and sometimes not working at all.

La ubicación.

El alojamiento no estaba limpio, manchas en el sofa, la puerta del alojamiento cerraba con dificultades y el cerrojo estaba estropeado, había polvo, muebles en mal estado y en un lavabo orina sin limpiar del antiguo inquilino.ñ y olor en la cocina a humedad.

Un emplacement parfait pour visiter Paris !

L'emplacement était vraiment top. Idéal pour visiter Paris. Quartier très animé. Au top. La gestion des clés fut très bien et les échanges très agréables et réactifs. L'appartement est très joli et la configuration permet différents espaces.

L'appartement est proposé pour 10 personnes, mais impossible de manger à 10. Seulement 7 sièges, et des assiettes/ couverts manquants (les assiettes et couverts ont été réapprovisionné juste après notre demande). Peu d'équipements de cuisine (1 seule poêle, très petite, seulement 2 bols, 5 tasses,...) La hotte ne fonctionne pas. Bref, difficile de cuisiner et manger à 10. Assez peu de prises électriques.

La ubicación

Eramos 8 adultos y había solo 5 tazas. En otros departamentos que estuvimos nos dejaron una cortesía de bienvenida, como café, un aperitivo, un detalle. 2 de las habitaciones con cama doble son bastante estrechas y en una de ellas la cama está atravesada de tal forma que no queda espacio para pasar hacia el otro lado.

la posizione, è vicino a molti bar molto buoni

noi avevamo prenotato un altro alloggio ma ci hanno spostato alla the rolling stones flat per dei problemi alla casa, abbiamo trovato dei capelli sotto i cuscini, le lenzuola del divano letto erano state già usate e c'erano moltissime macchie sui materassi e sul divano, passando alla cucina, c'erano pochi utensili da cucina e il rubinetto aveva un parte staccata dal proprio mobile. Purtroppo verso sera c'erano delle persone che urlavano fino alla mattina seguente.

Appartement mal entretenu

Très bon emplacement.

L'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Il y a une fuite au lavabo d'une des salles de bain. Le tuyau de la clim de l'une des chambres est totalement abîmé, ce qui fait que toutes les projections de la clim entrent dans la chambre. Malgré le fait que j'ai informé l'agence, aucune intervention ou réparation n'a été faite. De plus, la propreté laisse à désirer, dans l'ensemble de l'appartement mais essentiellement dans la deuxième salle de bain. Les chaises de la table à manger ne sont pas à la bonne hauteur par rapport à la table (chaises trop basses).

Pas le même logement qu en photo

L emplacement était parfait

Le logement était pour 10 personnes mais 8 chaises seulement. La porte des wc donnant directement sur la table ne fermée pas. Et les photos non fidèles à la réalité un baby foot jeux d enfant cassé et pas de salle de sport ( apparemment dans un autre immeuble du quartier!
