Not worth the price we paid, apartment needs some updates, and a person to greet you on arrival.
It was spacious
The fact that it was run down, had terrible water pressure, pillows were worn thin, washing machine leaked water. We got caught up in the Paris air baggage strikes, so missed out on 2 nights of our stay, through no fault of ours.There was no offer of a part refund. The codes given to enter property were incorrect, took 2 hours to get into property and communication with property owners was very inefficient and time consuming. Not easy to contact.

I think for 8 people it would be a bit squished but perfect for 6 and also no full length mirrors :(

It's all very sad and miserable.
Dirty and shabby apartment. Electrical appliances are broken and sticking out. Everything is crooked and askew, badly worn, does not match the photo and the stated value, to transfer the deposit does not work the cards at the agent. When the discrepancy comes out they refuse to refund the money. Hidden deposit information. Be careful, at some point they stop taking the phone, it is better to choose other apartments and especially not CMG agent.

The location was great by the metro and access to the Marais area
There was something broken in every room at the apartment. Many of the extra comforters were stained, carpets stained. It did not feel very clean. For the price, I was very disappointed .
