This spacious and clean apartment is in a safe vibrant Paris location that is less than a minute from a Paris metro stop. We are at some of the many bistros within 5-10 minutes but also shopped at the grocery store that is less than 3 minutes away walking. The place is very clean. This is our second time renting this apartment when visiting Paris because it has everything: spacious rooms, great amenities, a washing machine, and a nice view.
We were happy with the property. We are return renters and will rent again next time in Paris.

It was clean and neat
The building in which the flat is located needs attention. It is an old building with spiral staircase and no lifts or air conditioning. Best avoided if you have hip or knee problems

It was clean and modern with a great location
The building in which the flat is located is in desperate need of maintenance. There is no lift and the four storey spiral staircase is physically impossible for anyone with hip or knee problems.

la distribución
el portal da muy mala impresión; dos empinados pisos sin ascensor: no ponía nada en booking al respecto y fuimos con mi madre de 79 años. La gestión del taxi fatal: nos dijeron que teníamos derecho a taxi de recogida si el importe era mayor de 1.000 euros ( fueron 1.300) y no fue así. Lo único que nos mandaron fue un enlace para reservar el taxi, que resultó carísimo y ademas nos cobró más de lo que nos habían dicho. Se lo escribí a la gestora del apartamento y ni ha contestado
