Great apartment

Best deal you can get in Paris. The host was very nice and helpful, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The metro station is very close to this apartment. We also really liked the balcony.

Good value for money, clean and close to the metro.

The location was very good, next to the metro station and very well connected. The apartment was in a quiet area, no noise. It was clean and exactly like shown in the photos. Big bathroom with washing machine.

The apartmant is located on the fifth floor, no elevator, but that is normal for Paris and the old buildings, it just may be a problem for someone with big luggage. The couch could be more comfy.

Value 4 money!

The location is very good because it is 100m from a metro station, but the neighborhood is a bit strange specially because a lot of Asian prostitutes that hang around on the streets all day. They are not abusive, but you don't feel good around them. The flat is on 5th flour and it's not for people who have problem with stairs.

The host doesn't speak English at all and the conversation goes with long delays. I never got wifi password

Un logement très confortable et bien pensé en terme de rangement et praticité. Nous avons été accompagné pour trouver dans la rue. Merci pour le café et le thé pour le petit déjeuner, ainsi que le gel douche et le produit vaisselle, parfait! Nous reviendrons!

Mettre du thé nature 'breakfast' plutôt que du thé au citron . prévoir un petit tapis pour poser les chaussures dans l'entrée?

Bel appartement mais mauvaises précisions générales

Très propre et neuf, très bel appartement pour 2 ou 3 nuits. Bien équipé, serviettes et draps à disposition

Il n'a pas été précisé dans l'annonce que l'appartement était au 5 ieme étage ! Ce qui est un très mauvais point car cela est impossible pour certaines personnes en difficultés physique liées à l'âge, blessure ou handicap ! Les explications générales étaient mauvaises et pour récupérer les clés c'était très très mal expliqué.

Appartamento molto scomodo, al quinto piano, senza ascensore e con una scala ai minimi termini. La zona una disgrazia, molto pericolosa, polizia assente, contrabbando e prostituzione in ogni metro di strada. Posto da evitare assolutamente.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto pulito, c'erano tutti i detersivi e i detergenti per lavarsi cucina completa. Un piccolo balcone per chi deve fumare.

L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano senza ascensore, scale a chiocciola molto ripide. Chi non riesce a camminare bene ne deve tener conto

Eine schöne Wohnung, die wir immer wieder mieten würden, allerdings in einer anderen Umgebung

Eine kleine, helle Wohnung, gut zu lüften und mit kleinem netten Balkon. Sie war gut ausgestattet, unter anderem mit einer Waschmaschine im Badezimmer mit Fenstern.

Die Umgebung hat uns nicht ganz so zugesagt, viel Armut und an manchen Stellen sehr unsauber. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im fünften Stock Altbau, ohne Aufzug. Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung mit Gepäck war sehr anstrengend.

Расположение, все необходимое есть. Да, небольшие апартаменты, но понравилось все🫶🏼заселили сразу, без проблем. провели, и при выезде берут багаж на хранение. Рядом метро, масса азиатских магазинов и фруктовых магазинов 🥰лидл в 5 минутах ходьбы и под поездом магазин с морепродуктами🫶🏼кайф, приедем еще
