Elegant and cosy 2/3 rooms - Heart of Paris

Bel appartement, très calme, lits confortables. L’hôte a communiqué plein d’informations et même un dossier avec photos pour facilité l’arrivée à l’immeuble comme à l’appartement. Il a rapidement répondu à mes questions aussi.

Apprendre qu’il fallait aller récupérer les clefs ailleurs, la veille de l’arrivée (pas pratique avec les valises), quelques manipulations à faire à l’arrivée et pas hyper propre en plus de quelques signes de vétusté (alors qu’il est décompté un forfait ménage). Le fait qu’il y ait peu de « vraies » fenêtres finit par donner un sentiment d’enfermement, mais pour quelques jours de visites à Paris (dehors la plupart de la journée), ce n’est pas si gênant.

The bathroom and the beds were great. The kitchen had all the necessities and the apartment was clean in general.

If you have three beds, there’s little space to walk between them, because there are a lot of tables and the apartment was dark, because it doesn’t have many windows.

The building itself is quiet and feels safe. No noise from the street comes in. The local is good, there are several metro stations nearby.

The apartment was not clean and had problems with insects. There were spiders, snails, and mosquitos. The shower has only a curtain to block the water, so water leaks under the curtain every time someone showers. No cloth or towel was provided to mitigate this. As most of the apartment is underground, the umidity from the bathroom doesn't go away easily.
