Lovely apartment with everything we needed, close to Metro.

The apartment was in good location, close to the Metro. It was surrounded by lovely restaurants and the best patisserie! It was a safe neighbourhood and the apartment had everything we needed.

We traveled with a teenager and it felt a bit small for the three of us. Would suit a couple perfectly. The stairs were also a bit of an issue for luggage etc.

Location. Metro was just down the street and laundry facilities were next door.

It was not very clean. I found a fake eyelash stuck to the remote, lots of dust and debris on the books just above bed, sheets may have been clean but they were stained making me feel very uncomfortable. TV remote did not work, shower leaked onto the floor no matter how hard you try to stay in one corner of the shower. I had to request more toilet paper because there was only a small amount there from previous guests I suppose. We had to buy paper towels. Bathroom was a bit run down even though the pics make it seem nice. Obviously the place was not thoroughly cleaned between guests, which is very unsettling.

If the owner can address the issues, it can be a decent stay for a short trip.

The building itself is quiet and feels safe. No noise from the street comes in. The local is good, there are several metro stations nearby.

The apartment was not clean and had problems with insects. There were spiders, snails, and mosquitos. The shower has only a curtain to block the water, so water leaks under the curtain every time someone showers. No cloth or towel was provided to mitigate this. As most of the apartment is underground, the umidity from the bathroom doesn't go away easily.

It was gorgeous and spacious enough for 3 people (could fit 4), and had all the amenities we needed. Check in host was very helpful and kind.

The check-in process could’ve gone smoother and instructions for the TV would’ve been helpful for the evenings.

-very clean -great location -host is friendly and very easy to communicate with -there’s all the facilities u could need (washing machine, fridge, kitchen etc) -really comfortable bed and fold out bed

-the only “negative” I can think of is that it’s a little small for 4 adults. It worked and we weren’t there much anyway but it did feel a little small at times. The apartment isn’t small but just got 4 adults it felt a bit that way.

Gute Anbindung an die Metro.

Es roch permanent nach Schimmel, der „Garten“ ist ein mit Blumentöpfen ausgeschmückter Stellplatz für Mülltonnen. Ausstattung würde gut sein wenn nicht die Hälfte, wie der Toaster, auch funktionieren würde. Der Keller selbst ist ein kleiner Raum mit einer Schlafcouch die nach Urin stinkt und Bettzeug das stinkt. Neben dem Geruch des Bettes wurde man auch durch die permanent laufende Lüftung und der ständig ziehenden Spülung der Toilette wachgehalten. Das Bad ist verfallen, die Duschkabine ist verrostet und keimig. Der Wasserhahn lässt Wasser und Silberfische verstecken sich. Die Küche war in Ordnung bis auf den Blick in den „Garten“. Es machte allgemein einen sehr ungemütlichen Eindruck und man fühlte sich sehr unwohl.

Une super belle semaine en famille. L'appartement convenait à nos besoins. Nous sommes satisfaits :)

Super bien situé! Boulangerie juste en face pour les croissants tout chaud du matin. Station de métro à moins de 5 min. L'arrêt d'autobus juste devant la porte. Quartier bien desservi (restos, épiceries, etc.)

Rien de bien grave, quelques petits irritants tout au plus. Nous communiquerons avec le propriétaire directement pour faire nos suggestions et commentaires additionnels. :)

Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. L'host gentilissimo, molto disponibile e sempre pronto al supporto, grazie molto di tutto. Zona comodissima per raggiungere la metropolitana che in poco tempo porta nel centro di Parigi. Tutto perfetto, grazie infinite!
