Nice Stay

Close to père Lachaise. Bed was comfy. Small but good atmosphere. Good value for overpriced Paris. Dealing with the four door codes was fun for me but for others it made me a nightmare

I think I was the first switching on the electrical heating system this year and that's why it was smelling because of some dust. Could be better cleaned here... The walls don't have best sound isolation

Disappointed and angry with Booking.com.

It was stylishly modern and well equipped with a large shower.

I am extremely displeased with the 3rd party booking agency. I might as well have booked with a hotel. I was required to provide a credit card and driver's license over my mobile phone. I don't know these people and now I don't know what will become with my personal information. I thought I was dealing with Booking.com not some agency unknown to me. I received terse communications and felt like I was caught in an impersonal bureacracy. Lastly, it felt like I was entering a maximum security facilty...4 entry codes and a steep climb up three flights of stairs with luggage! Finally, although the room was stylish and well appointed it tried to do too much with too little space. It was not suitable for two people. I am not whining here...I used to stay in Tokyo a lot and know about suitable space size for accommodations. All of my other stays in France this month we're perfect.

We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy and comfortable. The small apartment had everything you can need. It was small but functional. It's good for 1 or 2 people for a few nights. Washroom was good too. Pictures matched the description accurately.

For the price it’s a good choice

The bathroom was very pretty and the bed was the most comfortable bed, I ever laid in.

The Water pressure was bad and you have very thin walls, so every night you could hear your neighbors snoring.

Walked in at 4.30pm to the cleaners sitting around eating with an unfinished room. Was made wait while they finished but decided based on the previous reviews and lack of basic professionalism I would stay elsewhere.

The Labyrinthe kas been a rather pleasant discovery. A peaceful island in the heart of a very busy – end exciting! – part of town. The flat is small but very well designed and equipped, with a very well furnished kitchen. Check-in and out is completely automatic: no human contact whatsoever, and the coding system to get access can be slightly tricky, but ok. The area is full of ethnic restaurants, cafes, boulangeries and supermarkets, very convenient. The flat is very quiet. We really enjoyed ou stay

The level of maintenenace is not totally flawless...the shower was in part broken and not too efficient, here and there things were not super clean, which is a little pity for an otherwise very fine accomodation

Comfortable for a long stay

Great for a long-term stay. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. It's close to a couple metro stops and places to get necessities. I would stay here again.

I feel like the hosts could provide detergent and extra trash bags. The door codes are a little inconvenient, but not a big deal.

Nice very nice... Except for administrations employees

Everything, except...

One day before I traveled the hotel called me to inform that there was no payment received. I booked through booking.com and payed the same moment online about one month ahead. The there were multiple discussions with the hotel about the payment and a much higher payment was requested. It was a whole fuz but managed to settle it last moment... Pretty weird...

Really nice and cozy place if you are on a budget.

I had a hard time getting in, at first. Someone from the building had to help me get in. But once I had access, it was easy to figure out. The power went completely out one time. I had to call the host, which quickly walked me through, on how to reset the breaker. Also, while it was nice and coze, it was a little bit smaller than anticipated.

Nice multi-cultural residential area for a short stay. Public transport recommended for the sites.

It is in a very quiet street, luxuriously equipped, well planned and tended to, superbly equipped, even though quite small. I wouldn´t suggest it for 3 people unless they are out all the time, but for 2 it worked really well for a couple of days.

We would have been happy about some instructions in advance, most of all how to get in by using the codes. We could handle the microwave, but not the stove. We also would have liked to empty the trash, but didn´t know where. The water for the shower did not get very hot. So, maybe some manuals for the devices would be quite convenient.

Really small with good location

It's too small for 3, place seemed to be cleaned days prior our arrival as it was full of dust on the furniture. Only blankets and no sheets, no problem, but with no AC blankets are impossible to sleep with.

Superb

The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. There was 2 supermarket and groceries near the house. The area was calm and clean.

The sofa was not good enough for to sleep. None of us could sleep on it.

Bugs everywhere

There were bugs everywhere. The bedbugs in the beds bit us everywhere. It was too late when we realized. There were bugs in all our clothes and suitcases. Sleepless nights, canceled plans for the last two days and hundreds of bug bites for a lot of money. We had to find a new place to stay and buy new bug-free clothes. The pharmacy we went to for medicines and creams said that the hosts usually know about it but do nothing. Now we are at home and have to wash all our things, including the new ones we bought. My doctor said the rash could last up to two weeks.

Adequate accommodation for a short stay in Paris. Functional but not luxurious :-) Would recommend..

Location is pretty close to the city center. Vibrant neighborhood with a lot of bars, cafés and restaurants nearby. Room is ok for sleeping and showering, cooking less so.

Additional sleeping spot (extendable couch) is ok for a 10 year old but not for an adult.

It was really hard to confirm the passcode to enter the room. I had some issues trying to find the right information. I would not recommend this accommodation to other people.

Great space, but no hot water for shower and rude hosts

The space and the kitchen were great! Very small, but perfect for one person to stay for a couple days. However, I would still suggest people book elsewhere because the shower doesn’t have hot water.

Every time I went to use the shower, the power went out and the hot water stopped; instead, the water was freezing cold. When I called about this problem the first time, I was blamed for the issue and the man on the phone argued with me for ten minutes before telling me I had to leave the apartment and fix it myself. Apparently the hot water is tied in somehow with electricity and I had to go to the power box and fix it. This happened for three days, even though he said he would send someone to fix the issue on the first day. Not only did the room not deliver on what was promised (a shower with hot water), but the support I received was terrible and the problem was not fixed while I stayed there. I would not go back, and I would advise anyone who is looking to book this space to just go with a hotel.

if you only use the apartment to sleep in it is just what you need. the location is okay, the metro is 2 min away, neighbourhood is safe, wifi is perfect. manager of property is also responsive and helps if you have a problem

it is not the cleanest (a lot of dust- looks like it was cleand a long time ago, not the cleanest dishes), the radiator in bathroom does not work so it is really cold, but in the main room it works, the water in shower doesn’t drain in time so it is a bit of a problem if you have a little longer shower. the codes to the apartment can be a problem for someone.

Good location, nice room but bed bugs ruined all the positives.

I did like the location because there was a lot of restaurants and it is near the Metro station.

I did not like the bed bugs!!!! I reported it and no one has responded. We washed all linens and inspect the bed for more mother and baby bed bugs, slept early in the morning which disrupted our travel itinerary. There was a washing machine and we needed to wash the linen to remove the bed bugs.

Good room, registration required for room code

Nice apartment room, was clean, had good amenities like cookware, stove, kettle etc.,

We didn't realise that there was registration process to get the room code. We reached late night around 10:30 PM and were stuck outside the apartment for a while not knowing what to do until we were able to figure out the registration process.
