    Close to Ménilmontant, Metro, line 2, so easy to get to the main attractions. I had a single room, which had everything I needed but was, as advertised, very small. Great for an affordable base to explore Paris. There's an Aldi, Lidl and other shops and restaurants close by. It was hot when I was there and the fan in my room wasn't too powerful. Other than that, no complaints.

    Clean, Friendly Stay with Great Facilities The property impressed with its spotless cleanliness and attentive staff, making the stay comfortable and welcoming.     I had an issue with bedbugs in a single room. I found this out by seeing a bug in the below on my second night after midnight. I felt bad about alerting the staff at such time of the night as the front desk is not manned during the night. Next morning I was offered a new room. On my departure, I asked about compensation and the answer was there was nothing they could do regarding refund. The desk clerk said it was only one bedbug I saw and asked whether I had any bites from thr bugs. They then escalated it to the owner of the hotel who refused to pay for compensation for the first two nights. It was Amex that refunded me through their purchase protection. Avoid if you want to avoid bedbugs.
