    We were only able to afford it because we went in February and the prices were REALLY low. Staff was great, it’s really easy to find and the location is AMAZING, so many metro lines and busses at literally 20 meters!!! Lots of stores and restaurants and fast food places within 50 meters as well. Had the best stay, the rooms are small but I don’t see why I would complain about something I booked myself knowing the add disclosed the square meters. Struggling to think of something negative to say about this place. I cannot think of anything.

    So we checked in into this hotel on 31 May 2026, and we were being allotted room number 707 and 708. The rooms were very small and the surprising part is in both the rooms. The air conditioning is not at all working. We had three sleepless nights, my wife, myself and my two kids. Both the rooms. Air conditioning was not working throughout the night when we went to the reception to make a request to change the room, we were being offered a room, which was a smoking room and smell of cigarettes. I requested for another room. They said we have no other option. I requested for the air conditioning to be rectified, they said it can’t be done. I said do it in the morning. They said no, it can’t be done. The staff was not at all. Courteous was not at all helpful. The breakfast layout was pathetic. The mattresses pictures I have shown is exactly the same. They had mattresses which have got bent from the middle, and if you will sleep, you will have a severe lower back pain and upper back pain. They will give you the water bottle on the first day, but on the second or on the third or any other days going forward, they will not give you the water bottle in the room, which is Ila Ea complimentary. It was a very horrible experience. What we had faced apart from the fact that it is very Central and very well connected with the Metro.
