It’s alright for the price
It’s fine for what you get. The WiFi doesn’t work and it smells like sewage in the bathrooms. You also get a tiny pillow and it’s freezing in the winter time

The metro line is really close to it.
The cleaning lady didn't come to clean my room after the second day. The breakfast was REALLY on short supply. They didn't know how to operate the orange juicer. They didn't have bowls for the cereal.

Location.
It’s better to stay in an Airbnb. If it’s your first time in Paris, do NOT come to this hotel! First, when we arrived, the heating wasn’t working properly. They entered the room and placed a portable heater without telling us anything, and later they came in again and removed it — also without informing us. The heating never improved. We complained and nothing was done. We had to sleep wearing coats.
There was no room cleaning on any day, not even when we asked for it. They didn’t change the towels even when we REQUESTED it. The room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, and the trash was never taken out — not even once.
There are basically no staff at the hotel. In the morning, there’s a girl who pretends she’s forwarding your requests to management, but nothing ever gets resolved. At night, there’s an older gentleman who is very polite and kind, but he doesn’t speak a word of English, which makes communication extremely difficult.
During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the building at 1 a.m., and there was no one there. Not a single staff member appeared to check if we were okay. We still don’t know what triggered it or how it stopped after almost half an hour with the entire hotel evacuating.
Breakfast, which was the reason I chose this hotel, is terrible. Everything is old, the bread was never replaced on any day, except for the croissants and pains au chocolat, which are put out in tiny quantities. The jam for the croissants wasn’t even refrigerated for five days.
Overall: awful, dirty, and there is no actual hotel service. Don’t ruin your trip by staying in this dump.

Location was pretty convenient. Staff was friendly.
Tiny room, not working heater- I asked twice and never got it fixed, winding uneven staircase, you can hear everything from the hallway, so I’ve got woken up several times with guests entering or leaving their rooms, no one comes to clean the room (or at least to empty the one tiny bin, very outdated tv..

nothing - this place is a disgrace and a scam! It's dirty and clean and unhygienic, smells bad, and the owner is a liar and a scam artist taking advantage of tourists and doesn't answer phone calls and emails.
There were no covers on the bedding or mattress, and there was blood on the walls and towels and it had bed bugs and the whole place smelled like sewage! we booked for 3 nights but left early morning first night as we couldn't stay there. and they are refusing to speak to us or booking.com!!!! please avoud as have bee chasing refund and compensation for 2 weeks!!

The advantage of this place is its location next to the metro station. The hotel staff is friendly and open to any questions. The rooms look decent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
After two nights in the hotel, I noticed bedbug bites on my body and blood stains on the duvet. When I reported the problem to the staff, the employee denied it. After insisting, I was given a new room, but my trip was already ruined by the bedbugs. Upon closer inspection, the rooms are in poor condition – stains on the walls, sticky floors, worn door frames. The bedding was stained, and the bathroom had an unbearable smell. The rooms are not cleaned by the staff, and I had to ask for a single-use shower gel every day. This is unacceptable.

Nothing, the experince was so bad, so we had to change the place.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We had booked two nights and arrived late at night, as I had already informed the hotel by phone the day before. When I finally entered the room, it was in a terrible condition: the bed linen had not been changed, there were stains on the sheets, and the towels were even bloodstained. It was absolutely unacceptable, and I could not stay there.
The next morning, when I explained the situation, the staff member I spoke to was rude and told me it was my fault for not calling the reception at midnight, even though it was closed at that time. The manager later offered me an upgrade for the following night, but at that point I no longer trusted the hotel. I asked for a refund for both nights. And we didn't get IT Back. We just paid over 100€ for the worst Hotel experince ever.
This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was great for my purposes and the ease of entry and check-in and check out was also good.
They don’t seem to know anything about customer Service in the French style of small hotels. after booking and providing me a double room instead of a single they woke me in the morning to move as soon as possible so that they could resell the room never did they attempt to provide me apologies assistance, or gratuity due to this fact. when I took an extra pillow with me to the new room, attempted to physically enter my room and take it away from me. This is not what staff should be doing to customers who pay to stay at a hotel. This was all communicated and very broken English, but his intent to get my pillow back was made very clear by the maid. They should be more solicitors towards their paying customers.

Located in nice area next to metro station
Lot of mosquitos in room and outside common area

Being sincere, nothing.
The room was very small, the reception was closed at 10pm and in fact it wasn’t a real reception but a bar. The stairs were smelling like shit all the time but at least the room was clean. The toilet was that small that you had to seat aside. For sure, you had to get a shower with the door open. The stuff was nice.

I like the employees of the hotel. They were kind and friendly. The hotel has a good location with a lot of shops and cafes nearby.
But the room was a little bit dirty and the crane in the bathroom was broken.

After reading some reviews, I thought what have I booked! I can only speak for room 206. No lift. Which is at the back of the building. Not a good view from the window but quiet, which I'd rather have. The room is small but clean and there is an electric fan for those hot summer nights and.plenty of sockets for electrical devices. The room is equipped with a safe. I found the staff to be helpful and polite. The Metro Stn is just across the road. Nearby: McDonald's, KFC, a bank machine, restaurants and a cracking boulangerie.
Breakfast consisted of, fresh orange, croissants, pain au chocolat and baguettes, jam, Nutella, cereal and granola. There's a coffee machine.
Stairs smelt a little and the light timer times were out if you're a bit slow on the stairs, like me.
For breakfast,. I would have liked yogurt to go with the granola. Could benefit from a small fridge to keep milk and yogurts cold. For me I didn't find breakfast value for money.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was very small and there was no ventilation whatsoever, so the air got quite stale during nighttime when it was not a possibility to keep the window open – a lot of noise from the streets below at all times of the day & night. It was a good thing we had ear plugs packed with us.
There was a (very) dirty sheet on a bed cover when we arrived, so at least some of the cleaning had been left undone. We tried on multiple occasions to get the sheet changed but without resolution until the very last night, since the staff didn't really speak or understand English.
We also had some issues with communication with the staff even before we arrived, as we were trying to get a late check-in affirmed but never got any answer from the hotel until Booking.com's own customer service helped us to reach them.
The hotel also promised complementary toiletries including shampoo, but in reality there was only a hand soap bar and very small (7ml), individually packed shower gel pouches handed out with the daily cleaning – one pouch per person per day, which is a bit stingy if you want to shower twice a day.

The Neighbourhood at the weekend
4.0 / 10.0
There isn't much to like honestly. But I will commend the staff for doing their best to be accommodating to us and their customer service. The room had a security key so that we know our things were safe. And there was no bed bugs.
I didn't like that the room being so small. Didn't like that there was no lift/elevator here. The stairway had a bit of a bad smell. The breakfast was very minimal I am sorry I paid for the breakfast as it was very little choices, would of been cheaper to go to the bakery on the street. No AC and the mosquitoes and the rooms were not sound proof could hear noise in the hallway and in the next room. Unfortunately there are more negatives than positives.

Is very close to the metro
Walking distance from some restaurants as well
The entrance goes to weird stairs that have a bad smell (mold and cigarettes ) and is not very clean. Which gives a very bad impression when you arrive.
They could clean and paint at least.
The wifi is slow

The room had cute furnishings. The locations is wonderful, close to trams and a walking distance from some things.
The shower was very small. The bed base had no support under the centre of the mattress which made it uncomfortable as it sagged. There is little sound proofing from the hall which makes it noise at night when people come and go.

The personnel was great and location is convenient (steps away from a metro station).
The room was smaller than I expected. Almost no room to move around, and also it did not feel super clean.
2.0 / 10.0
The staff was very nice and the room seemed descent.
We found bed bugs and spent a horrible night. The reception closes at 10pm and after that time there was no way to reach someone from the hotel.

Pros: - The staff was generally very friendly and helpful
- The Hotel was located just outside of a Metro Station
- Good breakfast (but the buffet could hold more things available e.g if a guest came it basically had to be refilled...e.g the croissants, the pain au chocolat etc...a bit more would be more convenient. )
Cons: - Windwos were bad, since its a street, you could hear all the stree noise and also the walls to the other rooms were partially hear-through.
-No lift, only a staircase.
-Comfort was only moderate. No room service (e.g exchange of Towels) during my stay (weekend)

The staff was very friendly.
I recently endured a disappointing stay at this property. The reality was alarmingly different from the online pictures and description. The room was claustrophobically small, contrary to the spaciousness showcased in the website images. An antiquated, uncomfortable small bed ensured sleepless nights, compounded by the issue of mosquitoes invading through a faulty window. The bathroom was worse, woefully unclean and with a leaking sink. It was not just old, but dirty and poorly maintained. These issues are unacceptable for a stay meant for relaxation. To make matters worse, the building was often filled with cigarette smoke, a potential health risk and a constant source of discomfort. In conclusion, there was a gross disparity between the website portrayal and the actual living conditions. This was very disappointing.

It was a last minute reservation due to train complications. After walking around for 2 hours at night with a heavy bag on my back, I was tired and my French was not very strong. Fortunately the staff spoke enough English (and I spoke enough French) and they were very understanding and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by the Paris life and not far from anything.
There were a couple of mosquitos that I had to kill. The bathroom was clean, but incredibly tiny. If you do not like Parisian night life like I do, and require a nice quiet room, you might not like this hotel.

I only ended up staying one night because of train strikes so I can’t say much. I only saw hosts on check in/out but they were friendly. Room was very clean. It is very close to the metro station and there seemed to be a lot of restaurants in the area.
For me the bed was too hard and not comfortable. the room is up a flight of narrow, windy steps - I wouldn’t recommend. for people with limited mobility.

The room is okay and refurbished (I was in the 4rh floor)
Good bathroom size for Paris
The entrance and the stairs to reach the room are old, not so clean and don't smell good, what gives a very band impression when you arrive, but in the 4th floor rooms are good.
However WIFI doesn't work there 😞
No receptions after 10pm (luckily my husband coils arrive before to get the keys)
Bed sheets could be whiter
Neighborhood is not amazing, but you are just in front of the metro

View from the balcony and great location. The room was very clean and modern. Litlle bit smaller but nice
