Overpriced, dirty and definitely not to be recommended.

Location was good. Nothing else is worth mentioning though. Everything else was negative.

Staff were not friendly or welcoming. The cleanliness was very poor (hairs that were not ours in bathroom, stains that could easily have been cleaned away were on the wall and ceiling of the shower. The hotel room was very shabby and in disrepair (sink held together with duct tape, lots of scuffs and dents everywhere, etc). The soundproofing was non-existant and you could here people in the hall and rooms on the same floor as if they were by your bed. We did not sleep very well at all because of this as other guests were clearly jetlagged and up til 3/4am talking very loudly. Also, the beds were not comfortable and there were zero amenities in the bedroom other than soap and a TV. No tea or coffee for example.

People were very nice. Room was very clean. Every day they would clean up and change towels.

It's probably standard in Paris but everything is small: lift, hallways etc. Also, breakfast could be a bit more rich. We had a very simple breakfast choice: bagette, croissant, butter, cheese, egg... I missed some kind of ham, bacon or sausage. I guess it is OK for the price.

Comfy beds and friendly staff, but the room was drab and small, with very thin walls.

The hotel room was very clean, with a comfy bed. Its location is great. It's in a really lively neighbourhood with lots of wine bars nearby. The front desk staff were super accomodating and helpful - and allowed us to leave our bags until our Eurostar train.

It was very overpriced for the room I had but I put this down to it being Paris Fashion Week. Unfortunately the room was very drab and small, with a tiny bathroom. I'm a fairly big guy and it was a squeeze to have a shower. There was also the odour of stagnant water coming from the toilet. The walls are extremely thin which means you can hear other rooms. We also had another hotel guest speaking very loudly at 2am in the morning. My friend had a much larger room, with a much larger bathroom... if it helps, his bedroom overlooked the courtyard... mine overlooked the street.

Really lovely staff but no sleep which means we won’t be back.

Noisy airco unit that made noises even when switched off- like a vibrating phone alarm - which kept us up both nights. Second night at 2.40am staff were carting around big trolleys in the courtyard- very noisy - kept waking us up. Almost zero sleep that night.

The breakfast was quite limited but the other positive aspects of the hotel made up for it. It is surrounded by lively cafes anyway. You wouldn't go hungry.

Sam the receptionist, is one of the worst receptionist ever, very rude guy, he attacks containers and speak very loudly with them. It been a misunderstanding about cleaning my room or not , because their English is very bad , anyway I went to ask explanations and the receptionist was very rude with me , I asked him at that point his name for considerate for the review and he started to be agitate and aggressive and attacked verbally me. Then I wanted let it go, and I was asking for the luggage service for the day after because we suppose to clock out, and the receptionist refused to give me luggage service (included in the price) because he said “I’m not like you”. After I called booking costumer service while I was having a panic attack after being attacked from the receptionist Mr.Sam and he changed attitude about the luggage service and all the rest of the service that he didn’t want to give to me even if I was paying for them.

This hotel is okay if you have low budget. Its clean and comfortable. The staff’s are nice.

Location was convenient for me as it was so close to Pere Lachaise cemetery and close to the metro. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly.

The room and the bathroom were very tiny, but clean and ok. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly, we had no problem so we almost didn't talk to them. Location is good, few minutes to metro, bakery, glocery, café or restaurant.

The room wasn't quiet, we heard many noises from the hall, other rooms or from the street. It was hard for me to fall asleep. Maybe earplugs would help.

Exceptional

I stayed in this hotel 11 years ago and I was satisfied, now I was worried about staying again reading the reviews. There is nothing to worry about, everything is ok. The hotel was renovated this year, rooms have a fresh look. Location is great, 5-10 minutes walk from three metro lines that takes you anywhere around the city. Around the hotel you can find a lot of cafes, pastry shops and Lidl and Carrefour are at 2 minutes walking distance.

The personnel was super nice and super helpful. The room was an amazing one. I could see the clouds from my bed. I loved 605. The bed was super comfortable, and so were the pillows and the blanket. I had plenty of space in the room (although I know how small hotel rooms are in Paris), and a spacious bathroom. It was all I needed. I would suggest adding a safe....

The location was a bit too far from work (14 metro stations and 10 minutes walk) and the street at first seemed a bit shady, but it only looks, the area is safe.

Best price/performance hotel in the region!

The hotel was very affordable so I was worried. When I arrived at the hotel, I felt very relieved. Receptionists were very kind and sweet people. The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the metro and you can reach everywhere immediately. Rooms were very clean. I stayed on the 5th floor. There are also very nice restaurants and cafes at the location of the hotel. I only stayed 1 night, I will come to Paris again in 1 month and I will definitely stay in this hotel!!!😌
