    The location was really good and all staff are very friendly. But the shower door was awkward. If it's fixed, this hotel is value for money.

    I love that it is right across the street from Gare du Nord, but good location is the only good thing about the hotel. I arrived here quite early, expecting to leave my luggage and go gallivanting nearby before coming back to check-in, as I normally do in other hotels everywhere. No such thing here, coz they don't allow guests to leave your luggage here before check-in or after check-out! Bummer! I had to leave my bags at the paid leave luggage facility nearby. It's not cheap. Then I came back here to check-in at 3pm, and was shown to my room and within 2 minutes, some repairman came to repair the toilet flush which apparently was not working. Why couldn't this be dealt with before anyone checked-in into the room? No one should be given a room that do not function properly! The repairmen then took 1 hour and a half to get the work done. Wasted my time waiting for them to finish work! The lift here did not function properly. Many a time, it came when I called for it, then opened the door without fully arriving at the floor. I contemplated a career as a stuntwoman if I have to jump into a half-arrived lift, but decided nah!! I also really hate that they make you leave the keys with them when you go out.
