    There was no elevator, too many stairs with my luggage , very weak wifi, very small room as i booked a double one to be at least comfortable, otherwise the staff was friendly and the location is good.

    Lift not working Old smelly carpet No Aircon like mentioned in the booking. Good bed.

    Hotel management did not offer any relief for the 41+C or 105+F degrees (such as cold drinks at night) since the hotel don't have AC to begin with. Courtyard are noisy with people outside still up because of extreme heat. Room has broken desk leg that tip over...maybe in the winter/cold weather the heater works - the accommodation might be decent...price not worth it in the extreme heat without AC!

    This hotel was extremely dirty - everything except the bed (which was comfortable and clean). My walls had a deep red liquid splashed everywhere, floors were deeply sunken in random spots and extremely stained, and there was a ton of hair of several different colours (so multiple people) in the carpet of the room. I understand it’s a two star hotel - but the price is not worth it at this one.
