    I stayed in this hotel for one night for holiday. Although the entrance at the street is very small, inside it is very good. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was a double room for 1 or 2 people, the bathroom was super super clean, the bed linen also very clean and perfectly done. They gave as courtesy 2 bottles of water. Also there was shampoo and shower gel, vanity set, 4 paper cups, 2 small soap sticks. The bathroom was renewed recently because rhe shower really was shining. I strongly recommend this hotel is you are doing tourism in Paris. The Galleries Lafayette is 1 min walking distance and it is open on Sundays. You also have 1 min walk distance the French Pharmacies, Asian supermarket, lafayette gourmet centre, and monoprix for coffee and snacks and a restaurant in the corner. I enjoyed a lot the experience :) Just be ready to pay 5 euros for storing your luggage when you check out.Since the price of the hotel was very low compared to other nearby hotels I did not mind to pay the 5 euros.

    directly behind the opera, I could do everything by foot, loved the location. Unfortunately no AC, that was missing in the hot summer.

    I am a regular customer who has stayed at this hotel many times, but my most recent stay, from June 20–25, 2026, left me thoroughly unimpressed with the staff's attitude. On one occasion, housekeeping forgot to bring towels to my room. When I raised this with the staff member in charge, he claimed it wasn't his responsibility and blamed housekeeping. I find it baffling that this is how a hotel chooses to inform and treat its customers. On another day, housekeeping failed to clean my room despite my having displayed the "please clean" sign. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member seemed indifferent. At this point, I felt the hotel was suitable only for sleeping, with no real attention to guest experience. The only redeeming factor is the excellent location. If I could find another hotel offering a similarly good location, I would switch without hesitation. I am paying premium rates for this stay, yet receiving such a careless and almost laughable attitude in return is unacceptable. If you have no expectations beyond location and don't mind subpar service, this hotel may suit you. But if you're hoping for service that matches the price, this hotel offers little hope of that.
