Once I arrived they asked for my credit card to take the private numbers and keep them in their hotel system!! And when I refused the manager (Riyad) said you won't be able to check in without it!! Taking people very critical information is not acceptable at all... WTF!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at AKKO Hotel in Paris. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend AKKO Hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I would be happy to stay here again on my next trip.

The location is unsafe and far away from any tourist spot. The hotel reception staff put us in a room where the seats and linens were stained. The frame on top of the bed was wobbly and can fall. The safe was not working. Staff was just trying to be polite but they were obviously racist. The lemon/cucumber peels in the water station had insects!!!

This is truly a scaled back hotel. Don’t look for any frills. I’m surprised they put body wash in the shower and liquid soap at sink.
It is clean and bed comfortable. TV is small but works. This is definitely an Eco hotel and a water dispenser is located in the hallway.
I really did not like the location. No curbside pick up for Uber. Hotel is set off in a weird location that you will walk to any pickup. No drive up..
If looking for clean, simple, no frills. This is it although I believe the price point should match and not be so expensive!
