    The staff was nice and we could store our luggage for free. Location is really accesible to the metro. Our room was tidied daily. We reccomend!

    The room was on the smaller side as I couldn't open the door fully without hitting the end of the bed. The shower area was very tight and at 6ft 2" I couldn't stand straight onto the water as my shoulders would touch the wall and shower screen. I was next to the lift but the noise wasn't noticeable. The recall button for the lift on level 3 would work intermittently but with a bit of patience it was okay. The location was great with the metro, shops and cafes all close by. I arrived at 0700 and was told I couldn't check in until 1500hrs even though requested an early check in. The staff let me store my bags and have a quick change after a 24hr long haul flight, while I went out exploring. Just a quick 4km walk down to Notre-Dame.

    It is okay for a short stay. The downside for us was the fact that we planned a 6 days trip and the breakfast wasnt very versatile. If you are in the mood just for croissants and bread is fine, but I would have appreciated a vegetable as well.

    Completely Unacceptable for Elderly Guests DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES. We are an elderly couple, and this hotel has put us in an extremely difficult and stressful up situation. The only elevator in the lobby is broken, and the hotel cannot tell us when it will be repaired. There is no alternative elevator. For elderly guests who cannot safely manage multiple flights of stairs, this is not a minor inconvenience—it is a serious accessibility problem. We changed our room to the second floor in an attempt to make things easier and reduce the number of stairs we would have to climb. However, our suitcases are stored in the lobby, and there is no one available to help us bring our luggage to our room. We have already paid for four nights, and the reservation is non-refundable. We are therefore stuck paying for a room that is extremely difficult for us to access. We also contacted Agoda for help, but unfortunately, Agoda customer service has been essentially nonexistent. We have not received any meaningful assistance or solution. We have photographs of the notice posted on the elevator confirming that it is out of service. Unfortunately, Agoda does not appear to allow us to upload these photographs with our review. We are keeping the photographs as documentation of what we experienced. The hotel should have informed us about this major accessibility problem before our arrival. At a minimum, elderly guests in this situation should be offered reasonable assistance with their luggage and a practical solution. We paid for a hotel room, not a room that we cannot reasonably access. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We strongly recommend that elderly travelers, anyone with mobility limitations, or anyone traveling with heavy luggage think twice before booking this hotel until the elevator is repaired and proper assistance is available
