Overalll my saty was lovely, for the price I paid I can’t complain.

Good location and clean, friendly staff.

No lift as many people already motioned, no ironing machine in the while hotel ( I have stayed in many hotels, this hotel is the only one no have it.) The hairdryer is useless. No mirror in the room.

The location was really good as the subway was very close.

the location was great. Very nice neighborhood and close to metros. Room was clean and quite spacy for only 1 person. No extra desk if you want to work. Bathroom also clean.

Room was on the 05th floor without elevator. I knew it before and it was ok but I would have expected some help from the staff with the luggages. Breakfast very poor. They only provide a hot beverage, a glass of orange juice and a basket with 1 croissant, 1 pan au chocolat and 1 baguette and some butter, nutella and jam. No salty/healthy options.

Smelly room in Paris

The toiletries, although limited to soap for one person, were at least Italian.

The room didn't match the pictures and smelled like cigarettes. The hairdryer was mot working. The ceiling was falling apart. The walls were that thin that seemed to sleep with the neighbours. The blankets were old and smelly wool blankets. The price was out of control considering what we got.

Very friendly staff, clean room. About as inexpensive as you can get for a clean room in Paris these days.

The rooms are reached via winding stairs that run through the middle of the building. It is impossible not to hear guests tramping up and down in the night. The building is simply not suited for a hotel. A double door to the room doesn't do much to reduce the volume.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff and charming location

The hotel was clean with friendly staff; the room was of typical French size, and the bathroom was well-maintained every day. Sheets were tightly bound and crisp. The hotel is in the 11th, which inherently has more character as a place where people actually live and is convenient to more "trendy" restaurant locations with Michelin stars (e.g. Septime,) as well as very solid neighborhood restaurants/bistrot. The hotel is quite close to the metro.

There was nothing objectionable about the hotel for me, but it would be difficult for an elderly or disabled person to stay, as there is no elevator and all rooms require the use of a staircase. I would also say that the metro station (like most) does not have an easily accessible platform for the elderly or disabled.

Disappointing

paid 380 euros for 3 nights - for a tiny twin bedroom. The only facilities it had was a bathroom and a small tv hung on the corner of the room. Way too expensive for what we received.

Modern hotel

Very good location, staff was very nice. Breakfast was quite big and tasty. Room was clean, towels exchanged every day.

There were no elevator in the hotel and as the room was situated on 4th floor, i had to carry baggage through the stairs. The walls were very thin so you could hear your neighbours. Hairdryer in the bathroom was broken.
