Charming Studio with Eiffel View

Host was amazing giving clear instructions prior to arrival, the room is on the 10th floor with great views of Paris while also being away from the noise. Location was perfect, close to the metro and bars. Honestly had the best time here. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris!

The apartment is nice and comfortable for two guests. The location was perfect, near to the metro and on a vibrant street. The metro is well connected to all the attractions, but you can also easily walk everywhere if you don't prefer using the metro in a new city you want to explore. After a long spent day strolling all the streets of Paris, you can relax at the end of the night in one of the cafes in front on the building, they are very charming. Even though the street is lively, the apartment is in a residential area that it's very safe and quiet, so for people who like crowded streets but also a peaceful sleep, this was ideal. The host was responsive and let us stay one hour after regular check-in, which was thoughtful especially if someone has a flight later in the day. All in all a really wonderful experience in Paris.

This isn't a negative comment, but I would recommend when new guests are coming, especially for 7 days, to add/refill basic amenities such as toilet paper, shower gel, and at least one large + one medium/small towel for each guest. I know this could have been communicated, but when someone comes to a new city after travelling for hours and already has immediate plans for all the days, they don't want to spend it on buying essential stuff that every apartment I have stayed had. The shower gel was empty bottle (don't know if some guest bought it or it was included, either way it was in the shower cabin without a purpose), the toilet paper was two half rolls (not one whole nor at least a small 4 pack), and there were two larger towels + one small + one really small for whatever purpose, not quite an accurate number of what the welcomed document has said. I am an simple person who would not ask for anything luxurious since this isn't a hotel, but I believe small improvements like this would be appreciated by guests.

Faltou um ar condicionado. Até tinha um portátil mas não dá vazão. Viajei em Maio era primavera e estava bastante quente.

The view from the apartment is amazing. There are two cafes located minutes away from the apartment and the rest of the block is full of restaurants and bars.

The kitchen could offer more utensils. The lack of a kitchen knife was a bit frustrating
