Taille du logement. Bon emplacement. Déco sympa.

Pas reçu de mail la veille pour m'informer de la procédure pour récupérer les infos pour accéder au logement. Pas de réponse à mes appels et SMS envoyés le matin, je n'ai eu quelqu'un au téléphone que dans l'après-midi...et j'avoue avoir peur d'être tombé sur une arnaque et m'être inquieté de devoir trouver une solution pour la nuit à l'improviste (sachant que nous étions avec des enfants!). Parties communes qui tranchent +++ avec l'appartement. Pas d'info pour le recyclage des déchets : nous sommes parties avec nos déchets recyclables sous le bras et les avons déposé dans une poubelle de la rue. Peut-être qu'un sac de collecte ou une poubelle dédiée au recyclage pourrait être installé dans le logement.

The property itself is in a great area is next to a lot of restaurants at different price points with everything from food to go to sit down restaurant or bars. It’s also close to transportation and the train.. the inside of the property is very nice in the actual room. The furniture is nice. The tub is nice. The bathroom is nice and everything is finished well in the actual room.

The security deposit is astronomical. I stay from Friday to Monday and the whole entire state was under $400 but the security deposit was $300 which is way more than the average hotel even asked for. another thing I didn’t like about the property was the process where they asked me to email them my ID and debit card, which is not advised by Booking.com and is not secure. The management at this property definitely needs to find a more secure way to take on information and confirm their guests. Another big red flag …. I did not get my security deposit back the time that they said. they said it will go back within a week and after a week I still didn’t receive it and had to email the property to remind them to send back the security deposit. They sent it Monday after 8 to 10 days later and then it took a week from the time that they sent it. so I didn’t get my security back in a week…I got it up to two weeks plus.. The hallways are also very dark and you have to turn the light on manually when you arrive and go through many corridors to get through the space . Even though the building is locked and secure, it is a little leery to have the hallways be so dark which is something I couldn’t get used to. Lastly, there is definitely something wrong with the lock on the door to the space. The lock is not screwed in tightly and the knob is very loose and doesn’t turn the lock.. I had a hard time trying to get in and out of the apartment until I figured out a way to finally get an easily which was to just turn the lock all the way to the left and hold the handle and push the door, but it definitely needs to be repaired.
