We stayed in this apartment in July of 2025. We were disappointed that the listing said it had AC, but there was none -- only a fan. I contacted the management company while we were there and they admitted there was no AC. And the street, while yes very convenient to cool neighborhoods and easy Metro (Oberkampf stop), was very noisy. It's a narrow street with a very large construction project blocking one end of the street. We had large construction trucks reversing down the street -- while we had to have the window open (since no AC) and we were on the ground level. It was very noisy.
