Chambres et lits confortables, coussins, oreillers, couettes, serviette de bains largement suffisants. Accès à l'appartement et à la récupération des clefs très précis. la vidéo a bien aidé. Réponse immédiate aux demandes.
L'appartement est assez humide, le chauffage du séjour ne marchait pas, mais on nous a dépannées rapidement. La cafetière non plus. J'ai dû tuer 3 cafards. L'isolation vers la rue est trop faible par rapport au froid et au bruit assez fréquent puisque c'est en face d'un dépôt de la ville avec beaucoup f'aller venue en voiture. Peu de protection par rapport à l'extérieur, un soir quelqu'un a frappé assez souvent contre la vitre. On ne se sent pas en sécurité. Un seul torchon pour la cuisine
