Nice apartment in a secluded spot

Looks very nice at a charming spot. Has everything you need. Very close to a supermarket and bakery. The rest of the complex is occupied with small business, yoga workshops, dancing studio etc so it has a lively vibe.

There is no mechanical ventilation and the heating/AC doesn’t seem to work properly. There is not enough storage space and it felt a little cramped with 2 adults and a child, as there is just way too much furniture. Six chairs, three tables, etc.

Hot box from hell

Easy entry with lock box code.

Air conditioning was promised and it was a hot box from hell. Tried to communicate with the host the issue and was promised a technician for 2 days, finally on our last night there they came with one fan for two rooms. No pre-arrival information with address until we arrived on their street.

The location.

The lift wasn´t operating so we had to take all the things upstairs in hands. The 6-digits entry code wasn´t correct. The sofa was broken.

Cool, boho stay in great area. Not for small kids due to 4th floor location and open balcony.

Great location, the apartment was perfect for a family in terms of space and the vibe of the block was so cool, much better than expected!

I am not good with heights and we were on the 4th floor, and the balcony entrance was a bit stressful with kids although our are older (11 and 9) so they were fine. It would have been very hard with a toddler as it was very, very high up and little kids running around would have been dangerous I think. Also the lift (loved it, very characterful!) got broken on the second day, so we had to walk up and down 4 flights. It was ok as we didn't have much luggage but would have been more difficult if we had more.

Great location and cute apartment!

The location is amazing for the price, and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. The space was big enough and definitely comfortable. The courtyard it sits in is really beautiful and quiet and we never had any issues with the space. There is plenty of stuff to do very close; lots of bars and cafes, a supermarket, metro stations a short walk away etc. The sofa bed and main bed are very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Getting access to the room was also very easy. All in all, it was much better than I was expecting based on the other reviews.

Not much really, all in all it was better than I expected, and was perfect for the price/location. It's a bit rough around the edges, with small things broken or not perfect, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Bad experience!! Not all credit cards are accepted.

Quiet location

Not all credit cards are accepted, I have requested support several times without having answered. In addition: 1) the electronic lock does not work. 2) I found only one fork. And the others? 3) The toilet brush of the bathroom is broken. 4) There are hangers, but there is no place to use them 5) there are two televisions, but one is not working. 6) There is no space to dry the dishes.

Good location and the apartment was very clean.

The property was not ready at check in. We had to wait outside the property while it was being cleaned. The main door knob was damaged which made entry to the property a big challenge.

Pleasant

Location in the city center.

TV was not running, air conditioning was broken so inner temperature was 32, appartment was dirty, beatles were crawling on the floor.

Disappointing

It was night around 23.30 when we arrived the place. 1) it was very dark and no sensor 2) the red elevator ‘s door didn’t open as it is very old style and it needed effort to use however we weren’t told to do so. So I had to use the 4 floor stairs with a heavy luggage and my daughter 3) the digital key didn’t function and although I used the correct code the flat’s door didn’t open. It was very dark the balcony so I could recognise the grey box to have the key. 4) I had to leave the building with my daughter and luggage and started to find a new hotel. It took me three hours to find one around and I paid 180 Euros and stayed at mercury hotel nearby. 5) Then the following morning I went to the flat again found the grey box and used the keys, then recognised the lick of door wasn’t very safe so I didn’t feel myself safe for two night. 6) when we did the booking we were Britney that two beds will be in the flat unfortunately only one bed was in and the sofa was as very bad for sleeping! It was not a good experience and I never suggest anyone, best regards. Reyhan Y. Baydemir

BEWARE! of that appartment

The only reasonable facility in the appartmentis the bathroom

We reached the appartment and the electronic lock didn't work. Lucky for us there were a manual key in a manual lockbox. Because the electronic lock didn't work we had to put a chair against the door to prevent entrance (the door cannot be locked manually from inside). The extra bed was broken and we slept on the floor. Tens of appeals to the stuff were completely ignored. Oh, and the "balcony" is just an open corridor connecting several similar appartments. To sum up, I've been literally in over 100 appartments worldwide and that one is for sure among the three worst.

location is great. the building is cool and unexpected.

the place wasn't clean when we arrived, and we had to wait with a small baby outside the apartment for 2 hours. Because of this delay, the cleaning lady rushed and it wasn't cleaned enough. There wasn't curtains, we asked for it and a guy came 4 days after without informing us before. And, the door handle was always falling off, it was really annoying and it was a struggle to close and open the door. all this together made our week slightly annoying.
