A beautiful property in Paris. We will definitely book here again when we return…. Which I hope will happen again!!

There was so much to like about this property! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully styled and is in a fantastic location for convenience and for Parisian beauty without the massive amount of tourists of other perhaps more popular locations. The hosts left such high end delicious chocolates and a message for our stay since we were here over Christmas it really set the mood for our stay. Everything went smoothly and there was no need to contact them during our stay.

Not recommended

We were very disappointed with this accommodation. For 4 people the space was extremely small, and it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The floor was dirty, and it seemed like someone had stayed there with a dog before us, because our socks were covered in dog hair already on the first day. The bathroom was also far from clean. The sofa bed was broken and sagging, so we rolled into the middle while sleeping, which left us with back pain in the morning. On top of that, the sofa was in a very poor and disgusting condition, full of stains. Overall, the apartment felt unclean and uncomfortable. We definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend it. The noise from the street was also very disturbing – of course, this is not the host’s fault, but it added to the overall negative experience.

Apart from the many nearby cafes and restaurants, i thought the apartment was just mediocre.

The only plus point is that there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the apartment was very narrow. I dont understand how it can be for 3 people when you have to expect that travelers will definitely have bags and luggage. There was hardly space to open the bags but we just had to make do. When I arrived the washing machine was not working, But after reporting to the host, it was fixed the day after. The edge of the bathroom shower was also not fixed. The lift too was not working on the day I checked out, Had to drag down all my bags down the spiral staircase, Such an unpleasant experience. These little things the host should pay close attention. It was quite dissapointing!

Great location within walking distance of the metro and hotspots, but the apartment was much smaller than expected, poor

The location of the apartment was perfect: within walking distance of the metro and several fun hotspots, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.

However, the apartment itself was disappointing. It was much smaller than expected and really not suitable for four people. The lighting was minimal, which made the space feel a bit gloomy. In addition, almost all the sockets and switches were loose or worn out, which felt unsafe. The bathroom also left much to be desired. The tiles in the shower were dirty, and there was a loose strip, which unfortunately caused me to cut my toe. On top of that, the main shower head didn’t work properly. The sofa bed was also below expectations—it was dirty and very uncomfortable to sleep on. In short, while the location was ideal, the condition of the apartment itself clearly needed improvement

Great location. Nice apartment!

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Location is great as it's near the metro. The surrounding area is a yuppie area and it's safe around at night (we're a family and we were still walking around at night at 10pm). It's not that quiet at night as the people at the pubs around are not exactly the quiet type..but it's ok. Not too bad. The owner is great as they are very responsive in replying to queries. Cleanliness wise - could do better as we did find some hair on the beds. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Paris again.

Big apartament in great location

Apartament in great location, close to metro line 8 and 1. Walking distance to islands, Notre-Dame, Pantheon. Many restaurants, bars and shops around. Great place for group of 4-7 people.

The dishwasher didn't work. There is only one WC (2 bathrooms but only one has WC).

Mitten in Paris. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, mehrere Metrostationen im Umkreis.

Wir kamen nach 20 Uhr an und die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage wurde jedoch schnell und unkompliziert die Reinigung durchgeführt.

Bom custo benefício

O apartamento que ficamos era muito bem arrumadinho e muito bem equipado. Tinha forno, geladeira, lava louças, até lava roupas! O banheiro tinha um espaço bem ok para os padrões de Paris! A escada era apertada, mas o prédio tinha elevador! A localização é o ponto forte dessa hospedagem! Próximo a duas estações de metrô, uns 8 min caminhando até a praça da bastilha, mercado perto e diversos restaurantes!

No geral, a gente saía às 8h da manhã e retornava somente a noite … o ponto negativo foi a comunicação! Assim que chegamos, percebemos que a rede Wi-Fi não estava funcionando! Entramos em contato e só tivemos resposta no dia seguinte … e assim foi sendo … não há um suporte de pronto atendimento. Mas a questão do Wi-Fi foi solucionada, então precisamos ser justos. Vi também alguns comentários sobre o ape ser pequeno, ele até é. Mas acho que o maior problema é a quantidade de móveis na sala e o sofá enorme! Assim que chegamos, redistribuímos e conseguimos ficar com um bom espaço! Acho que valeria tentar colocar a tv na parede e se desfazer do rack, e pensar num sofá menor tb! No mais, foi tudo ótimo!

Die Lage

Es war alles in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Kleiderschrank wackelt und ist instabil, die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Das Bad war schmutzig, verkalkt und gammelig. Die Gardinenstange fiel runter, einmal hatten wir die Türklinke in der Hand.Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht. Die Möbel waren vermutlich durch Wasserschaden im unteren Bereich aufgequollen. Betreuung durch Vermieter mangelhaft, keine Reaktion auf Anliegen. Noch nicht mal Toilettenpapier im Haus. Handtücher schlecht und abgewaschen,. Der Rauch,elder war mit tape repariert und zugeklebt. Eine Schiene war lose in der Duschwanne, es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

Contibuyó a ser un viaje inolvidable

La ubicación es genial, al estar en un barrio con muchas tiendas, bares, restaurantes y take-away. Ademas de tener lineas de metro super cercanas. Un barrio con mucha vida. El piso tiene cumple con las necesidades de una estancia corta. Lavavajillas, horno, encimera, cafetera, lavadora, etc. La cama y sofá cama son cómodos. El cuarto de baño y vatér en muy buen estado. En resumen todo perfecto.

La escalera de subida al piso es antigua, por poner algun pero. Pero no resta en nada la puntuación final del apartamento.

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Gute Lage mit schönen Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Auch der gut funktionierende Ventilator war sehr wertvoll. Gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Εαν προκύψει ημερα με θερμοκρασια ανω των 27 βαθμων Κελσίου, ο υπνος ειναι βασανιστικος λογω ζεστης. Επιπλέον δεν υπάρχουν σε επάρκεια οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου. Υπήρχε μια πετσέτα προσώπου ανα ατομο για μια εβδομαδα

L’appartamento prenotato era molto piccolo e molto differente rispetto a quello mostrato nella pagina di prenotazione in cui viene fatto vedere un’altra appartamento molto più grande e ben fornito per attirare i clienti. La lavatrice era rotta (e vedendo altre recensioni lo era da mesi). La pulizia della casa era molto approssimativa, il bagno molto sporco e con molti odori. L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, l’acqua usciva da tubo del soffione della doccia sopra non dal soffione. L’arredamento della casa è molto vecchio, non adatto certo a ricevere ospiti che vengono Parigi per le vacanze. Il sofà era molto sporco. La televisione non è mai stata configurata. Ricevuto messaggio privato per porre una buona valutazione e di inviare privatamente i commenti negativi sull’appartamento.

空調はなく扇風機が2台のみ．大型テレビは前回と同様に映らなかった．

Ubicación. El sofá cama era grande, fácil de abrir y cerrar.

Hacía mucho calor dentro del apartamento, no lo recomiendo para verano. Había dos baños, pero solo había inodoro en uno de ellos y éramos 7 personas, muy incómodo. Las toallas que nos dejaron para la ducha eran tamaño de toalla de manos. No había opción de dejar el equipaje en el apartamento el día de salida, aunque solo necesitábamos dejarlo unas horas.

L’appartamento è molto spartano e non adatto a 4 persone. Il letto matrimoniale è posizionato in maniera tale che non riesci quasi a girarci attorno Il soggiorno una volta aperto il divano letto è senza spazio. Il tavolo per 4 persone è piccolissimo. L’illuminazione della stanza è ridotta a una lampada a piantana. Bagno non ha né finestre né ventole di aerazione. Veramente piccolo
